CompuMax — Local services in Westerville

I've been a customer at CompuMax about a year. Wish I had discovered Max (the owner's name) much earlier. Max is a wizard. He has bailed me out of so many computer problems in the last year I've lost count. There does not appear to be anything computer related that Max doesn't know, or any problem he can't fix. Plus, he will take the time to explain everything to you, what's wrong, the options for fixing it, why he thinks a particular option may be the best, and then give you the freedom to choose the option you want (if it might be different for some reason from the one he recommends). I've learned more about computers from Max than in some of my formal computer classes. And in addition to all that, Max provides speedy, and reasonably priced service. If you need computer help, go see Max. You'll never regret it. I got locked out of my computer after a Windows 10 update. I called Max and brought my computer to him same day. He diagnosed that the hard drive had crashed. I told him that was that, and that I'd need to purchase a new computer and restore my files from my backup sources. Without me asking him to, and without telling me because he didn't want to give me a false sense of hope, he took the initiate to attempt to recover my data from the crashed drive and installed a new hard drive with all my programs and files exactly as they were before for a fraction of the cost of me replacing the whole computer. He charged me just over $200 total and saved me a thousand in having to buy a new computer and many hours of my time in porting data to a new computer, reinstalling programs, etc. I highly recommend Max...

Max has taken care of all my companies systems for over 10 years. We take them in a drop them off, He does the updates, cleans up files. Love his customer service and the fact he is a small business like myself. He knows his hardware. I trust him beyond the big box retailer with guys of 6 months exp and egos the size of Jupiter.
