Donatos Pizza — Restaurant in Westerville

Probably the WORST pizza crew and location I’ve ever visited bar none. Wednesday Night. NOT BUSY. 5 staff in the restaurant. No customers. One behind me in the drive thru. Spent TEN minutes (no exaggeration) watching the crew with their ipods in their ears ignore the drive up window. Called location…no answer. Answer and put on hold…while on hold I got out. Honked. Beat on the window. NOPE. I had to park and go inside. No kidding. Still took these people another TEN MINUTES to get the pizza the sandwich and two salads packaged and ready. $37 for this order. I get home…less than five minutes away…(1.2 miles) pizza is STONE COLD. Salads? NO salad dressing. Sandwich? Barely warm.

Used our own salad dressing and the dogs ate the thirty dollar MESS I paid for.

Staff was rude, inattentive and seemed annoyed to be there.

Location was clean but deserted.

Food was AWFUL. Like a Junior High cooking class on day one of the semester. Drove two states holding off to have Donato’s rather than eat somewhere else.

What a mistake.

Nothing like what I remembered Donato’s to be. Generic strip mall over priced poor quality badly prepared pizza. I’ve had frozen pizza that tasted better and was HOT. Meatball sub was INCREDIBLY SMALL. Like a child’s size. Soggy. Gross sauce. Meatballs grainy and not best quality. Salads…also INCREDIBLY SMALL. Side salad at best not a meal. No idea on the dressing as we weren’t given any.

Go ANYWHERE...

I ordered a pizza through the app on Nov 30th. I ordered with double chicken (photo for proof) when I picked it up and opened the Pizza they only put chicken on half of the pizza and it wasnt even double chicken just normal amount. They said they could remake it if I waited or credit me for the cost of the pizza to my account. I chose the credit because it was the OSU vs Mich game and I didnt want to wait. They said they could not take the pizza back so I took it with me. When I called to use my credit they said I only had a $5 credit...I paid for 2X chicken and only received it on half the pizza $5 doesnt even cover for what I paid. This is the second time this exact same thing happend which tells me there is a problem with their app but the first time I waited for them to make the pizza again. Donatos has always been a favorite of mine but this store is extremely dis organized it seems so I will not be able to support them again which is a shame because they are...

If I could give zero stars I definitely would. My mom ordered a pizza and requested contactless drop off and for it to be dropped off on on the patio table in the back, but instead it was dropped off in the front on the ground and hundreds of ants were able to have a feast. My mom was not notified by Donatos that it had been delivered and when she called, the manager, Ryan was extremely rude and told her that his driver had been an employee for 26 years and he was taking her word against hers( the employee stated she knocked) which she did not. Per Donatos policy regarding contactless delivery she should’ve delivered where requested and waited at a distance for my mother to open the door for her food. When asked why no one called her Ryan stated that it is not their policy. Please do not pick and chose what part of contactless delivery policy you...
