Waffle Way Cafe — Restaurant in Westerville

I’ve been eagerly waiting for this restaurant to open, and I must say, the owners’ customer service was exceptional! The containers and drinkware are stylish, and I absolutely love the concept. The waffle fries were a delightful surprise, with a hint of cinnamon. The pistachio latte was equally delicious, whether hot or cold. The owner even offered me a complimentary hot pistachio latte, which was a treat in itself. I’m already planning to return to this restaurant in the future....

Stopped in on a whim to try out and was absolutely blown away by the courtesy and service. I knew I wanted to try an iced latte and the gentleman helping said I wouldn’t be disappointed in the pistachio latte and he was so right. I expected it to be ok but HE WAS RIGHT, everything actually lived up to the hype I have heard & seen the past few days! They have waffles (obviously) ice cream, coffee, lattes & tea! Will definitely be stopping...

Very pleasant experience and I was surprised to learn how different each of their menu items were from one another. If you're not sure what to get I recommend asking as they're very friendly and currently are focused on taking in as much feedback as they can.
