I ended up liking the self check in and self retrieve system. At first it was confusing to me as to what I was to do. There are plenty of signs trying to communicate the process. I feel that many times the people (or AI) who write and evaluate the signs know the process so it all makes perfect sense to them. I wish diverse non-industry people could vet these types of systems for retailers. And maybe Classic Cleaners did use this type of group. Some improvement could be useful. I never would have believed my king comforter would fit in the deposit or retrieval spots, but it did. Self serve is nice for meeting people’s busy schedule. I still like the human interaction, however, even if it means I show up when a human is present. Comforter came out all very nicely package and it is clean all at a decent price....
Read moreThe customer service is great, but the price to clean a King comforter, that was not even dirty, is unbelievable at $51. I will only use them if their services are discounted. By the way, the comforter doesn't even have a fresh smell.

Read moreI was charged almost $25 to dry clean a single basic women's suit because it was broken into two separate items and then charged as a "blazer" and a skirt. I will never go back. UPDATE: As you can see below, the response from the business was that their "top notch" services were worth the higher prices they charged. WRONG. Here's what happened: they destroyed the blazer part of this suit but when they called to talk to me about their mistake, all they could focus on is telling me over and over how they were not going to pay for the whole suit to be replaced because they only destroyed the blazer.
