The majority of the staff is fantastic, contrary to some of the other reviews. The problem people are Heather, Ethan, and the manager (Jake I believe).
Heather is as rude as can be and hasn't been able to recall how to make a drink for me, or anyone I'm with, correctly in all the times she's served us. I have also seen her using the tongs that are meant to handle food, to push the TRASH in her TRASHCAN down. On top of all that, she has scanned her own Starbucks app to take the stars from my order twice in the past week. (Her lock screen is her account's scannable bar code) I'm fairly sure that Starbucks considers that stealing.
I've also had the grave displeasure of being served by Ethan twice. The first time, I sat down with my drink (incorrectly made) and heard him loudly inform his coworkers that he would S.A. an unalived woman given the opportunity. The second time, he would walk up to his coworkers (plural), asking them if he could buy their Adderall. Ethan would then laugh loudly at them, trying to play it off as a joke (as if he wasn't the joke).
I don't understand how any manager with any modicum of an idea on how to run a store would employ these two. Jake clearly has no idea what he is doing or these two would have been fired long ago. This store is going down hill fast and becoming just like the one...
Read moreMy community Starbucks for 7 years. Major issue with an employee, Jerry that has been ongoing for nearly 2 years. It has now elevated to him raising his voice at me, absurdly calling me out of my name, and slamming around items to make my coffee... which I requested a refund for as his colleague apologized profusely for his behavior. I've reported to management 3 times and now I have been left with needing to contact headquarters after management decided this employee should be given a 4th chance to disrespect me and act angry or irritated with my presence. The Store Manager is great; I just think she is following the guidance of the district manager, suggesting another chance to someone who has chosen not to oblige after nearly 2 years and 3 reports. I've been a regular customer at Starbucks for 18 years. I am highly disappointed that the best solution has been to call before coming as a measure for my comfort when coming into the store. Have you ever had to call before going into a Starbucks? Nice gesture, but discriminatory in nature. I hope this turns out better. . . . Update: Management worked closely with everyone involved. Solution .... employee moved to a different store. I am no longer dealing with a dash of stress in my...
Read moreI’ve been to this Starbucks location multiple times because it’s the closest to where I live. But I’m done giving them chances, I’ve had times where they don’t ring in one of my drinks and I’m left waiting until they ask me what I ordered, to then say it wasn’t rang up and that I have to go back to the register. I come here every Sunday morning around 8:22 but place a mobile order around 8:15 to then get there and wait 10 min for 1 drink, even though there wasn’t anyone inside and the drive thru had 1-2 cars. Today was specifically why I won’t be going back again, they took 10 min to make my drink and while I was waiting, the person in charge of food was slamming the oven doors and throwing food around (they were clearly upset). I really like Starbucks and have relatives who work for them so I know they try to make this place a 2nd home for their costumers but walking in to that was not welcoming. I won’t be coming back to this location...
