Nice counter staff but this place should be called Slow Daddy Donuts. I ordered two carmel and a black coffee. Paid about $7 including tip at counter. I got coffee almost immediately but it was either too strong or old, but that was ok. I went there for donuts. There were 3 counter staff and a baker, and the owner (?) occasionally strolled up front. I kid you not when I tell you I waited patiently another 18 minutes for two large orders (by large I mean one large box each) to be filled. By that time I was starting to grow inpatient, not helped by an unmasked 7 or 8 year old running constantly through the shop doing ballet moves and craving attention. But, after waiting for the large orders got filled .... nothing. The staff, including owner, started having an impromptu meeting because he was going to run some errands and just wanted to see what they might need. The staff naturally wanted to please their boss by paying attention to him but they were all completely oblivious to the remaining three customers who had all been there a while. I interrupted, got my two doughnuts plain, no icing, just to get out of there. Great concept, and works well at a similar place in Fishers. Nice people but please become aware of how long you are making people wait. The donuts might have been delicious with icing, I will never know. Still good...
Read moreLet me tell you I am NOT a fan of donuts, like that’s not my go to comfort food or even a snack or emotional food. But I fell in love with Quack Daddy and this place had me craving for a fresh donut on a cold morning which never happens to a non donut lover like me. The order itself took less than 5 mins and the toppings are done right after you order which is appetizing in itself. I did like the price too which was less than $10. Reasonable and delicious. This time’s favorite combo: caramel and sea salt!!! Drool! ————————————— I am so not a fan of donuts but my husband craved for one and I so do not regret going to Quack Daddy Donuts. They have a unique concept of choosing your glaze and toppings and prepay for your donuts first. The servers then glaze and top your donuts and hand over fresh, warm gooey donuts which are so delicious. One bite into the Graham cracker topping, caramel glaze donut and I knew I had a winner. Ample parking space, moving lines and outdoor seating. All added up to an amazing Sunday coffee and donut experience! Highly...
Read moreThis place is a gemstone mine for donuts.
For the best quality and variety, there is a reasonable price range of half a dozen for $10 and a dozen for $18.
My order was a bit messed up, but the quality of the donuts still made up for the mistake. I ordered a donut with strawberry icing and raspberry syrup, but it had caramel icing. I had to throw that donut away as I don’t know anyone willing to eat a caramel donut with raspberry syrup?! They do have papers and pencils to make the order more efficient since there’s an infinite amount of donut combinations. Those will be on your left as you enter.
As someone who prefers cake donuts, I devoured these donuts without regret. I would definitely go back again for...
