Well I order food and paid online. On my ticket I didn’t tip the driver do to the fact I tipped in cash. Then after closing out the drivers run for the night about 8:55 I get a call from Jarred asking for my card info because he charged someone else’s tip to my card. When I asked for the GM’s number I was told I’m not allowed to have her name or number then Jennifer told me if I wanted my money back they over charged me I’d have to come to the store when the GM is there. But no one knows when the GM will be there just sometime tomorrow is all they would tell me. After talking to another store and their GM I find out that they can change it that it takes a few more steps to get it done. It’s sad that I’ve order her for a little over 5 years and they can’t put in the effort to correct their mistakes with out me having to give my card information to them which they really don’t need to fix...

I called a couple days ahead of time bc I had no idea how many pizzas to order and spoke with the manager Craig. He was super helpful and friendly. I decided the following day to go in person to place the order. Craig was there and remembered our conversation. He again, was very nice, and helpful and I was thrilled with the accommodations. On the day of the party, Craig called ahead of time to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy the pizza at our event that evening. I normally don't write reviews, but I was very impressed with Craig's attention and efforts to help me. A lot of times nowadays, customer service is lacking. Read moreWe used to order from here all the time when we lived in Westfield. We're back in town this weekend for a funeral and my son is having a rough time. He's 12, a great kid, but has ASD and so dinners can be tricky. I put in an order for pizza for my wife to pick up on her way home from work. She got there when the app said the order was ready, but either it wasn't or it had been sitting ever since I placed the order. She saw the employee check a box and say to another employee "maybe it's still good," then he told my wife that it would be "a few more minutes." It was almost 15 minutes, so I suspect they had to remake it.Like I said, our son is ASD and has to have pizza cut into squares. This was put in the original order. I emphasized it. When my wife got home, we opened the pizza and saw that it was sliced normally, not into squares....
