I wish I could give negative stars. I’ll start by saying they scare you with x-rays of your spine/neck into thinking you need these crazy contraptions. The whole thing is a complete scam but I was just hoping the $3000+ I gave them was going to fix my neck. Instead it made my severely worse.

Prior I had migraines infrequently and just wanted to overall improve my tight neck. Instead they ended up leaving me completely debilitated and I ended up getting constant migraines EVERY DAY & ALL DAY. I was missing work and taking so much time off because I couldn’t even function. When I told the owner, Nick, he say he would help by adjusting my back himself and changing the settings on the machines. I wanted to give them the opportunity to help and see if it could work because I understand sometimes it is a bit of trial and error. It was getting so bad I had to completely stop because I was getting much much worse from these machines.

Eventually, a friend recommended Eric @ Phyt for Function. After another $1,000+ and a few months with Eric he was able to reverse some of the damage Nick had done. I could finally have normal days without migraines after Eric!

I still suffer from neck pain and migraines more than before using Aligned Health. I even reached out a few months after explaining I wanted a refund and through the dragged out emails they finally agreed to refund me. I NEVER GOT THAT REFUND. They lied and when I kept following up they just ignored me.

I hate that this place turned out to be a scam! Listen to your gut because you can feel how sales-y and what a scam it is.

Side note: the rest of the staff was so fun & friendly and I truly thought they were all amazing! Wish Nick & Maria weren’t scamming & injuring...

I had to write my own review after reading a negative one. First, this place was recommended by my son's barber after I told him about my son's scoliosis. After the initial x-rays, we found out my son had more issues with his spine. My first impression was that Nick truly cares about his patients to help in a way that is not traditionally found in mainstream medicine.

When we took the x-rays after my son was done with treatment, I cried when I saw the difference in my son's spine. My son's lumbar spine was so curved in, it was no wonder he was having digestive issues. My son walked better, his constipation improved, he seemed straighter and taller. I asked my son if getting treatment made him feel better, and he said yes. I was so grateful for Nick and the team. Additionally, my son took to Adam, who I must say is really patient, gentle, and sweet with my autistic son, which I really appreciate. Nick also adjusted my son privately at the old office to make my son more comfortable, which I also appreciated.

We are doing treatment again for my son since he has grown, which affected the scoliosis. If this place was truly a scam, I would not have brought my son back. They are not out to scam you or put you in debt. My experience has been quite the opposite. They genuinely care, and they work with you so you can get the treatment you need. If it wasn't for Aligned, my son would be wearing a back brace.

I also came in for treatment after a car accident, and my experience was the same as my son's. My back was pain-free for the first time in YEARS. My migraines improved and my neck did not hurt as much. More people should be aware of this type of treatment. I highly...

It seems my 1st positive review was removed, so here's another. I initially started my 36 treatments in May 2023 and ended about October. About 2 treatments in I mentioned that one of the trainers looked exactly like their father who I knew well as a kid growing up, from that point on the awkwardness grew between us. I'm not sure if they misheard me or what, but I was uncomfortable from that point on because this person was in charge of my traction sessions and i could tell he didn't want to work with me. I apologized for making them uncomfortable but i didn't specify what I had said at the time! So this is what kept me from coming back for another session. Plus no one reached out to me for my results when i finished even though I knew the hard sell was coming afterwards. I'm guessing they were glad I was gone. BUT while I can't say a bad thing about their methods, because it definitely was making a positive difference on my neck and back, I can tell you that it's expensive...it's about $150 a visit(36) expensive on a payment plan even with some insurance coverage and you can double that with the stem cell procedure. But hey if you can afford $2.5-10k every 4 months to keep going, go for it! My neurologist told me your spine will only get worse as you age and if you stretch and take care of your body, weight, you can avoid this. I may have accidentally talked my way out of decent care but i didn't mean too, because I was interested in a long term preventive pain or an adjustment package.
