⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Hidden Gem – Nova Fusion Delivers Big Flavor and Big Hospitality!

Wow. Just wow. Nova Fusion absolutely blew us away. From the first bite to the last, every dish was packed with flavor and made with obvious care.

We kicked things off with the Cheese Burrak — golden, crispy, and filled with warm, melty cheese that was pure comfort. The Chicken Shawarma was juicy and perfectly seasoned, wrapped in soft pita with fresh, vibrant toppings. The Gyro was a standout — perfectly sliced, well-seasoned, and piled high with fresh ingredients that hit all the right notes. And the Chicken and Beef Cheesesteak was the unexpected star — a bold fusion of flavors that somehow worked perfectly.

Then came the Watermelon, Lemon, Lime, and Mint Smoothie — absolutely to die for. Light, refreshing, and bursting with natural flavor, it was the perfect way to round out the meal.

But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the incredibly friendly staff. Everyone made us feel right at home — welcoming, helpful, and genuinely happy to have us there. You can tell they take pride in both the food and the customer experience.

This evening we intended to go someplace else, but then realized that It will be the same old fried food. Therefore, we did a complete U-turn and headed to Nova.

Let’s start with the most important thing…the food! Everything tasted like it was freshly prepared, the portions were excellent, and the accompaniments of hummus and baba ghanoush were perfect. Usually Mediterranean food is somewhat bland, but not the food that we had this evening. All of the entrees Included healthy skewers over a thin bread coated with spices and onions. It was flavorful, tender and served with a nice portion of rice. The hot sauce is even homemade, which is rare.

The service was also excellent with two very attentive servers. They continuously checked us and asked if everything was They provided a bread which served as an appetizer of sorts that was SUPERB!

The restaurant Is very spacious and clean! After our meal, the owner himself came out and greeted us. That is unheard of in most restaurants. He showed us the huge patio and provided us with desserts on the house. Very warm and friendly. This type of stuff...

I’m not usually too adventurous on my food options. I have crohns and a lot of food allergies and can’t handle spicy food. Sooo glad my husband brought me here. Holy cow the freshness of the ingredients, the 5 star plating and customer service was beyond amazing. It was so good I made my husband bring me back a week later. The kibbeh is sooo good. The ozi and fajitas were so flavorful and all the different meat options in the kabobs were great. Grilled chicken dinner was to die for and who doesn’t love jasmine rice. So far customer service has been great both times and the food is cooked to order so hot and fresh. Shout out to Maddox for being a great server and great personality and Moi the co owner actually came out and talked to us and helped us understand what everything was and told us what the best deals were and just kept coming out to check on us and it overall was just a great experience both times.
