
I bought a Groupon and tried to make an appointment online. There were multiple openings for the day I chose. Shortly after I received a notice saying the merchant denied my appointment time. I called her and she informed me she was not available at all that day. She then booked me for the following week. I repeated the date/time of the appointment she gave me as I was entering it into my calendar and she verbally confirmed it. When I showed up for my appointment there was no one there. I called her 3 times before she answered and told her I was there but there was no one around. She then informed me that I did not have an appointment today and there was no way she would have booked it because she was out of town on her honeymoon. Iām not trying to be callous but she is unprofessional in the sense that it really doesnāt matter why sheās not there. Sheās the merchant and Iām the customer. I donāt care about what is going on with you personally. The fact is I showed up for my appointment and you were not there because you definitely screwed up on booking. Based on a previous review Iām not the only one that had issues scheduling with her. She made me uncomfortable and I chose not to try and rebook with her. When I contacted Groupon, they said they were only able to offer me a credit because the merchant didnāt offer the option for a full refund in my original form of payment. During my first visit with Aimee, I stressed that I have very sensitive skin and discussed the products Iāve used in the past that has caused an allergic reaction. During our session, I told her about the poor treatments Ive received from other estheticians and she assured me her company values their customers and will make things right if I experienced any issues. The very next day after the treatment, I developed a painful rash and I made sure to contact her immediately to which she offered to give me a calming facial. The day of the facial, I received a message asking if I was planning on making it to the appointment because there were other clients that could use that appointment time if I couldnāt make it. I took that as a sign to allow someone else to receive treatment because my skin was still healing from the rash. Instead of asking how my skin was doing, I received a very unprofessional text letting me know if I ever decided to come back, there will be a $50 charge for canceling within a 24 hour period. And guess what, after I let her know I did not care for her poor customer service, they charged me the $50 anyway! I understand you have to run a business but this is also my face that you ruined and instead of doing the right thing, you decided to be spiteful....

I get to my appointment and the entire time sugar is flying all around the room, on the walls, the ceiling, the floor, and almost my head. While she was cleaning up I was advised she missed a spot and she asked if i wanted her to get it or leave it. I should have asked for a mirror to look but i advised her to just leave it as the entire process was extreamly painful for me. (First time) I got a Brazilian and i thought that would mean my front and back but i guess not because it was only the front. Finish up go to the front counter advise i have a groupon they put that in and im still required to pay something. Go home and check out the work and she definitely missed more then a spot.
