It's a smaller alley which wasn't a bad thing when it was slow but I imagine when they're busy, it's a nightmare. They also don't have specials or hourly bowling but the games are pretty cheap so when you add in shoe rental, the cost for an hour is comparable to most places. And unlike Brighton Bowl, this bowling alley actually has reliable hours of operation. The only really downside was the staff, not very friendly or accommodating. We asked for a lane on the left side of the alley as the right side was flooded with annoying teenagers. The girl behind the counter said we couldn't bowl down there because they had moved all the tables in anticipation of new carpet the next day. But there WAS a guy bowling on that side, who had a table moved there. I figured that he got special treatment because he looked pro; has his own shoes and bowling balls. After explaining that I wasn't going to stay if it meant a lane next to the teenagers (who spent most of the night practicing their cool kid handshake and being noisy for no reason) they did eventually manage to move a table and two chairs down to the other side, all of 30 feet away but looked so put out by it. And the approaches seemed perfectly clean to me, maybe we...

Vision lanes is terrible Unfriendly front desk staff/security. Pay by the hour (not game). consessions staff rude and not helpful.
First off the staff at the font desk is rude and ignores you. I was standing there to ask where the children balls are located and I was ignored by multiple staff members so I just walked away.
You have to pay by the hour so if you get food I hope you bowl fast because there is no time to finish two games in an hour if you have 4 or more people.
At the concession counter we ordered over $50 worth of food and drinks and I asked for an ice water and was told rudly "no I can't give you water in a cup, you can get a bottle or fill a cup out of a water Jug." Well im not drinking out of a nasty water Jug so I guess I have to by a water bottle.
If you want to have a good family fun time I'd recommend Westland Bowl or Town...
Read moreWe got to the bowling alley and we’re told it was an hour wait. Because we haven’t gotten out of the house in so long we decided we’d go to the grill and have some pizza. After 2 and a half hours of waiting we were upset and asked to see what was going on , the guy running the counter said we needed to relax and wait our turn that he was going by the “list” but he was giving lanes to people as they were walking in, or only waited 20 minutes. WE WERE WAITING 2 hours. They told us to go away, so we said we were leaving. I’ve never in my life been treated so poorly by the staff here. I’ve grown up going here my whole life and it was always a great time. While the owner was getting wasted dancing around, half of the building was complaining about the service going on. Done with this place. Was excited to give them our business as they were in danger of closing permanently due to shut downs, but after this pffft this place is NOT what is used...
