Taco Bell — Restaurant in Westland

The Tacobell Ford Rd Westland mi will never go to another tacobell again in my life. This guy he said he the manager was so so mean and rude all I did was order my food on Google and they didn't have the food that I order ok so I had to go to the app and cancel my order how do I do that he said mam you need to do this I don't know I never dealt with the app you need to get out of line it takes about 10 minutes then reorder and get back in line. I'm not finding how to cancel it help me. I ask if I could deal with someone else that knew what they were doing so I could cancel it. He told me I am being rude and there not serving me and I need to leave this tacobell now. I asked for a corporate number so I could get help canceling it he told me to Google it. He told me that everyone else that cancelled there order on the app doesn't have any issues doing that. Well I'm not everyone else I'm me someone who not really not up to date with technology. I just decided one day that I would try Google biggest mistake of my life. This guy said it's just like how you use door dash and other apps. I have never used them. I was not finding how to cancel it. I called the police and they were really nice and helped me. The police officer cancelled my order on my app and Google corporate number for me. But even the police officer said that the corporate number was hard for him to find to. This man was so mean he I will never ever go to another tacobell again or use another app to order. I was not yelling I was I was talking and just needed help. Needless to say we just went without dinner for the rest...

W OW! Awesome! Wish I could give 8 stars. I wanted one thing: the Chicken Power bowl. I'd have several bad experiences at varying Taco Bells in the area with this, undercooked rice, not enough dressing, badly portioned, chicken too salty; the list is long. BUT - the very first Chicken Power Bowl I ever had I Loved.. and kept trying to repeat that experience only to be met with disappointment and dismay. Until - TODAY! Keith the manager at This taco bell heard me at the drive through asking if they could deliver on a proper Chicken Bowl, correct portions, etc. He replied "You've got 2 managers making your chicken bowl!" I laughed and said "well Allllrightyy then!". Well folks, this was beyond my expectations. Everything tasted fresh and the chicken was perfect, beans were great.. I'm so full I'm in a blissful food coma! 😎🌯🥗Thanks to the Taco Bell crew today - 1.11.2021 at the Ford Rd., Westland location. You rocked it! You've set the bar - I intend to be a repeat customer and I'm in food love. Impressive, Gonna hit the golden buzzer. This was superb. I have a Taco bell around the block from me who gave me such bad service I'll never go back - but Keith and crew - you know how to win this woman's heart, Yup, you guessed through her stomach. 💝💝😁🥗🌯🌮I expect every Chicken Power Bowl I get from you to be this good. As someone who has come here at such a wide variety of times during the day consistently, please believe me over any bad review of this place. This Taco Bell makes their food with LOVE. Like straight up, you can literally see and taste the care that is put into the way they make the food here. To the employees that are the backbone of this restaurant, I hope yall see this and know that me and my friends and family notice and appreciate your effort. It's actually insane how much of a difference it makes when the ingredients are made well and the food is assembled nicely. Sometimes at different locations, I'll literally throw out my food because the beans are dry/chunky, the rice wasn't fully cooked, I'll have two pieces of potato on my potato taco, etc. Not only has that never happened here, but they literally nail it every single time. I'm mad at myself for not taking a picture of my nacho supreme today – it was literally VISUALLY clear that they put love into the way they make their food here.
