I always loved Liv. But after this last experience, I will never return. I placed an online order at about 7 pm last night. I received the email confirmation that my order had been received and was being prepared. No where in the email does it say I have to be there by a certain time. So here I am waiting for another email or text to tell me that my order was ready. 8:30 rolls around and Iām like, Iām just gonna go in and get it, it has to be ready by now! I get there, I tell the girl behind the counter I have a pick up order and she said Iād still have to wait. Whatās the point of putting in an online order ahead of time if I still have to go in and I still have to wait in line? I waited for about 15-20 minutes and Iām getting irritated. I had already placed my order, again why was I waiting? Finally I get called back. Wait longer. Iām called to the counter and this other woman walks up there saying she has been waitingā¦.. smh, me too lady. So I get called again. This girl didnāt even have my order in the systemā¦.. like what? My mistake was not brining my phone in bc I thought this was going to be a quick trip. So I had no proof that I had already placed my order. But whatever, Iām irritated and I just want to leave with some bud. I tell her what kind I had. She tells me a different price then what it was online. I was like no, online it was this price. She said how long ago did your order? I said it was about an hour and a half ago. She tells me āoh those are happy hour prices, your too lateā like NO I PLACED MY ORDER ONLINE ALREADY, itās not my fault you donāt have it. So she goes ok well I can give you this instead, I smelled it, it was ok, I was like you know what, just give it to me, I want to go. BIG MISTAKE!!! instead of getting the 1/8th for 20$ like I had originally ordered, I got less then a full gram for 17$. And this bud is so wet I canāt put it in my grinder. The bud tenders i have encountered are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain and actually help. Not just here to push sales, even on a Friday afternoon service was speedy, and they didn't just try to move customers along. Sara was absolutely amazing, very helpful and energetic. Opened on time with energy to serve and provide the same customer service. I have had the pleasure working witha few bud tenders. And they have all been very helpful and educated on supplies and deals. By the far the busiest i have seen the lobby, service quality was great as usual. Really enjoyed the fresh refreeze smell on the carpets walking in. Very efficient at getting service to large group of customers waiting in line. Had the pleasure of working with Sara again. As always she goes above and beyond to make sure you very well taken care off. The happy hour in the middle of the afternoon is a great feature and enjoy see the place busy. 1st time on a weekend. I have usually seen longer lines and less employees at other dispos. Not here. Treated and ran just like any other day of the week. Very important to me to see that on all days of operations. Will be making this my home dispo for a while. A little longer wait than usual. However seeing christmas decorations go up always brings a smile. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had the worst experience here in 2024. I went to this location weekly. 2 times I brought friends who were all first timers. A third time I did a referral on my personal time and wanted to redeem the points at a later date. The first two times did not go smoothly but due to the process being done in front of them I was able to gain my referral points. I had the highly loyal app and each time my friend I brought would download it as well including the third time. The reflection of the referral the third time did not show up in the system. I wanted to use the referral points for my purchase and was told I could not because I did not have any from the third referral. I was passed around from person to person when I asked why, no one could explain. I was then asked to show them where I had sent her the referral link. I would have not had a problem but she and I at the time were not speaking for me to call her and ask. The thread was deleted. The whole situation was uncompromising seeing as the blame was the app malfunctioning ever time. I never had to āshow proofā of my referral before and had spent money there often. Itās called highly LOYAL. Finally someone who was said to be the store manager, a darker complexed man with locs and glasses comes over and says āweāre not giving you the points so do you want it (the purchase) or notā I explained that I couldnāt get it without the points and that was my reason for coming in.
