Strykers Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Westland

I stopped into strikers to Meet a couple of friends I ordered 1 draft beer and my wife order mixed drink I also played two keno tickets spe t 40$ on two tickets. I watched a few draws as I was talking g to my friends I also had a old ticket so I went to the self checker and checked them before I gave them to the bartender Michelle I sat right behind where she checks them I watched her with my own eyes and so did my friends a complete stranger that was sitting on my left side watched her read the screen that said can't cash ticket must go to lottery retailer. Then she put that ticket to her left side of the lottery machine for later as she didn't put it in the trash bucket where all the other loser tickets were. Then she scanned my other two tickets and got my reissue tickets and turned around to me told me I only won 12$ I questioned Michelle and she told me my other ticket was a lower. So I asked for it back. She starts looking in the bucket to find it. I mentioned u did put it in the bucket uou put over on the left side of the machine. Then she rescans it and oh it was a winner you have to go to lottery to cash it I don't know how much it is it won't tell me. So I cashed out right then and my friends cause Michelle tried to steal my winning ticket. I will never step foot in that bar ever again cause they have a thief working behind the bar so i called for 3 days trying to talk to Jeff the manager or the owner finally got ahold of manager Jeff and he acting like it was No ig deal and would talk to her and mention it to the owner. My feelings are if did that to me how many other people has she done that to over the years there. [ THE BAR SHOULD CARE CAUSE IF SHES DOING IT TO THE BARS CUSTOMERS IM SURE SHES STEALING FROM THE BAR TO] REMEMBER IF A BARTENENDER MICHELL WAITS ON YOU BE CAREFULL SHES A THIEF. FYI TO OWNER AND MANAGEMENT I WILL BE CONTAXTING THE STATE LOTTERY LETTING THEM KNOW WHATS...

There is a girl that is a little rude or actually very rude and ia a waitress! She is the thick girl that thinks she is the boss of the place! I have nwvwr felt so disrespected hy any business employee before encountering her! After asking for a drink she ignored me and finalky after 5 minutes brought me my drink and slammed the bottle down! Very unprofessional! However there are many wonderful experiences with the stunning women that work days including the blonde that is the most caring and absolute best at customer relations! She is not only beautiful but gies above and beyond to ensure every customer to have a great experience dueing their visit to Stryker's! Also the brunette classy girl is one of the most professional bartenders and knows her job to the tee, she really makes Stryker's what it is and without them two gals this olace would not be standing! In a lil bit of rebuild and Jeff the manager is handling this quite well giving what he has to work with! Highly recommend going here! They also have Karaoke night and many bands that play! Wiukd have gave a 5 but that experience with that rude girl really made me lise faith in a business who has someone like that working for them! Must MUST MUST get it together management (Jeff) the place is falling in the hole and your doing your best but without the amazing women yiu have to kwwo it a float pretty soon without them bwing acknowledged and paid as deserved they may go elsewhere! By far the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Some friends and I went into Stryker's this past Friday night to watch the Wings game and have some beer. When we sat down the waitress, who never gave us her name, asked what she could get for us. After having all of our ID's intensely scrutinized by her, she came back with our beer. At one point my friend had spilled some of her beer on the table, leaving a bit of a mess, despite the fact that we weren't even given any napkins to begin with the waitress never once offered to get us any napkins. She was standing directly in front of us at the bar on her cell phone the entire time. Meanwhile it's around 9:00pm and we decided to order their special on Friday, the fish & chips. After it took us about 15 minutes to even get the waitresses attention, she proceeded to tell us that they had run out of fish & chips and will not be able to get us any. The table directly in front of us had just ordered and received their order of fish & chips. When it came down to the bill, in the beginning we asked our waitress how much are beers were going to cost. When she told us how much we owed in the end the prices were different from the prices she originally had told us. Not only did she not give any of us any receipt for any of the items we bought, she failed to give back any of the change that was owed to my one friend. At this point, we are not feeling very welcomed here.
