Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Westland

I came here to get my birthday drink, and was denied because a girl didn't want to work. She first said " inside only" And made me come inside to get my drink, only to wait there for 10 minutes and not be served at all. Went back through the drive-thru and she said "what can I get for you" upon driving up. That's absolute trash customer service, she lied because she was being lazy and wanted to deter business. Not to mention there was a 2,!_ women working who didn't speak English who tried to get the other one to work, but she wouldn't come out and take my order after going back TWICE to Alert her of customer presence.

She also had the audacity to tell me they didn't have the stuff for my drink, when I know if I came back 2 hours later upon shift change they would have the stuff for my drink.

This is absolutely not okay and I will be going to cooperate about it. I'm not this kind of person but all they wanted was one drink and if the person working can't do that then they just shouldn't be working there. I’ll start off by saying, I hope this review reaches your corporate office. If I could give this Tim Hortons no stars, I would, because there are clearly some people working that are unfortunately, racist. This is the 5th time I’ve driven 15 minutes to get to this particular location and asked for the beef sausage (since not all locations carry a non-pork option) and the man replies with “we don’t have any” and when I replied with “you guys never have any, I’ve literally driven to this location on 5 different occasions and have always been told you don’t have any”, there was a lady in the background that exclaimed “then don’t come here then”. I also have once visited multiple times in one day because I was craving a sandwich after trying it at the Dearborn location, and they STILL had none - so it’s safe to say that they are just choosing not to make it. Positives / the only reason they could have had 2 stars and not 1: They sell coffee, kind of, and the staff are always helpful. Now will they have what coffee and what drink you want? Lol. See below.

They almost never have what you want. This isn't the staff, it might not even be on management, could be a Michigan thing. But facts are facts- they are always out of something and it'll probably be what you want.

The food is not made fresh, does not taste fresh, and has never tasted fresh. I've tried this one out once a week for the past month when I've got a hankering for fats and sugar in the morning. 6am, 7am, 8am, nope. Food tasted disgusting every time.

1 Star Rating: A vast majority of their services are limited, the food does not taste fresh and isn't even close to it, and despite their positivity I've gone out of my way to search for and find a new breakfast place and have one now. You could probably offer me free breakfast here for a month, and I'd happily say "No thanks...
