Shell — Restaurant in Westland

My car broke down in the middle of ford rd on my way to get dinner with family from out of state. Louie, the owner, tried jumping my car for a while to no avail. While taking up space by his pumps, he let me leave my car and DROVE ME AND MY MOTHER TO THE RESTAURANT to meet my family. The customer service is the upmost top notch. He is an absolute angel and really helped me out, offering restrooms, water, even his car to take home. Literally the best gas station I have ever been to. Thank you, Louie....

Every time i come here, im greeted. Always a smile on their face. They have a $5 large pizza which isnt too bad and they always make my fried chicken fresh. Biscuits can use a little work though. One of the cashiers always give my mom free suckers to give to my 2 year old niece and 1 year old nephew. Glad that they opened up this gas station. I dont think they accept EBT though, so most of the time i get my snacks from the Marathon...

They sold me a vape without telling me I needed to go somewhere else to by a battery for it and then refused to give me a refund so now I gotta make a 3rd run over a pen and spend more money that they should have told me about before they sold the pen.
