First I would like to say I have bought several items from this store in the last few years. The 2 gentlemen who worked there at that time were always friendly and professional. On Sunday, May 29, 2016, I went in to order 3 t-shirts (2 for gifts and 1 for myself). The new staff they have working there was rude, over-priced and deceptive with their pricing, and unprofessional to say the least. There was a new guy there who was very rude and wanted to charge me $49.99 per t-shirt! He went on about how they were so expensive because I was going to cause him a lot of hard work and how his shirts are not made in China, they are made in the U.S. Instead of arguing with him I left. I ended up coming across a kiosk owned by the same company downstairs. I asked the man (another one I had never seen before) how much for the same t-shirt and he quoted me $39.99 ($10.00 cheaper). I ordered and pre-paid for one t-shirt because he was not very friendly, but not rude, and wanted to see the quality before ordering more since I had never worked with him. He said the wait would be an hour to an hour and half but I let him know I would come back on Tuesday, the 31st. He said that was fine but I would have to go back to the actual store to pick it up. I went in around noon to pick up the shirt and after waiting in the store for 10 minutes had to yell "hello?!" into the back for someone to actually come out to help me. The same guy from the kiosk came out and rudely said my shirt was not ready because I said I would be there Tuesday. When I said, "It is Tuesday", and he just stared at me. I explained I drove all the way from Aurora to pick this up and he shrugged his shoulders. I asked for a refund and he could not figure out how to get it back on my credit card so he gave me cash out of his wallet. I told him I had bought several items from them before and I would never buy anything from them again or recommend them. He shrugged his shoulders again. I said "but it looks like you don't care" and he said, "well what do you want me to do apologize, it's not like that will make a difference". I am not sure how they price their items but it is obviously not consistent and they haggle their customers. They are also very disrespectful and unprofessional. The U Name It team did a fantastic job on my hats... they made a great recommendation for some high quality hats (Flex-Fit 6277 curved bill, Richardson mesh back trucker hats, and New Era 9-Fifty flat bills). They are all high quality hats and definitely look and feel like it.

The U Name It team created my logo from a picture of my business card that I took with my phone! Not only that, but they made it look even better by adding detail around a shield and star that are incorporated in our logo.

They also listened to my request to center the logo based on my recommendation of where it should be. They were very responsive through email.

Finally, the quality of the embroidery was very high as well. So, these high quality hats, high quality service, and high quality workmanship will definitely have me coming back for more!

I don't normally like to write reviews good or bad, but felt compelled to write this one after my experience here. In a word, fantastic! I came in needing last minute gifts, and being last minute, knowing I would have to give belated gifts. I walked in not knowing what to expect, but one of the proprietors, Henry, Put away what he was doing and helped me design 3 different hoodies. To top it off, he had them made within 3 hours! No belated gifts afterall. He was very friendly and knowledgeable throughout the whole process, and the product looked great. I would not hesitate to recommend U Name It for your apparel printing needs. The personnel is friendly and knowledgeable, prices reasonable, and they produce great products! I will be back...
