Hoffbrau — Restaurant in Westminster

We had lunch today at Haffbrau. Justin was our server. He is absolutely superior and went far and above to make sure our lunch was fantastic. He is extremely friendly, very detailed and remembers everything. I always have ice with my Chardonney. Each wine I had he brought extra ice. He remebered that I had carbonated water instead of just water and not club soda. He had almost every single table in the restaurant and also the bar area and worked so hard to make sure everyone was getting what they needed in a friendly, above and beyond service and just superior manner. Never missed a beat in all of his tables and sevice. He is always very friendly, caring, and just fantastic. He checks often to make sure you don't need anything additional. I don't understand why more places can't have the level of serivce you get at this restaurant. There were other people who I didn't get the names of who were also exceptional in their service. We also got to see Alex again. Got to visit with him and enjoyed seeing him. He helped Justin in our service. He is also a superior server. What a great team of people this restaurant has. The food was again excellent. We had the double fajitas, guacamole and salsa for appetizer and churros for desert. Definitely ate too much but the food was outstanding. Wish all restaurants had the outstanding, exceptional service, excellent food and prices that this restaurant has. If I could give it 20 stars out of 20. A must visit at least for mexican food which is always what we eat. Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

We went to Haffbrau today. We had another great lunch and excellent experience. First Alex got our drink orders and brought those to us. He was very friendly, and was extremely great. He then advised us that Suzanne would be our server but he would take our food order and pass it on to her, which he did. He is a terrific server and person. Then Suzanne who we have had in the past as our server is always terrifc. She is interactive, very sweet, very courteous, and just a terrific person. We enjoyed seeing her again. She did a fantastic job as always. She is detailed oriented, has a terrific memory, terrific personality, and is just a pleasure to have as a server. This time we met Justin for the first time. He delivered our food, always checked to see if we needed anything else. He has a wonderful personality, very sweet, and is a terrific asset to Haffbrau. You can't go wrong in having a meal at this restaurant. The service is always fantastic, the food is always delicious, and the atmosphere is always exceptional.

We had a fantastic visit to Hoffbrau Restaurant in Westminster. We used to go there when we lived in Arvada. The food was always excellent and the servers were always very good. This visit our server was Seattle. She went far above and beyond any server we have ever had. She was courteous, attentive, extremely nice and friendly. She made sure are drinks were always full and after we were served our fajitas, she checked to make sure we had everything we needed and checked to see if we needed anything additional. Her personality is exceptional and no matter what we asked for she delivered it in a timely, and courteous manner. We were amazed at her level of service as today seems to have more and more young people who don’t seem to know the rules of what service is supposed to be. We were so impressed with her that I simply decided she needed to be recognized for such exceptional service. We will definitely return to Hoffbrau because of the level of service we received. The food was good as we had remembered it to be but the service was far beyond good, it was exceptional. We wish everyone we come in contact with when we dine out was as excellent as the level Seattle provides. I hope that the people in charge read this and recognize her because good people are...

Hoffbrau is great . I see some of the other negative reviews, but I think it may depend on when you come in and what you’re coming in for not sure. I come here for the dancing and live bands on the weekends. I am a woman And I feel comfortable going with company, Meeting up with friends or going alone. The bands are fantastic and they offer a variety of music. I do enjoy that caters to a slightly older crowd, but depending on the time you go, there can be a variety of ages of frequent this place. I’m not sure what people are talking about when they say there are not minorities here as many of the bands do have people from all different backgrounds and this is true of the patrons. And I ought to know ! The drinks are very reasonable both alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages . The food is delicious. . It’s always helpful to reserve an It’s always helpful to reserve a table if a more than one person. I always opt for a classic cheeseburger If I decide to eat here, and it is phenomenal. The steak is great too and a great price. Recently tried the fried pickles they were tasty. I can’t speak to the other food items. There is a female bartender in the back by the band who is very attentive. I can’t speak for all the bartenders as I typically go to the back. I feel welcome here and when I have welcomed to friends to meet up here they have enjoyed themselves and report they like this place also. So if you want to grab a drink, have a bite , get your grove on , and not break the bank try it out. I would go more than one night and listen to different bands before you make a decision. Different bands, bring in different energy and different crowds. I have not tried the pool or the darts or anything, but it always looks like the people engaging in those activities are having a lot of fun . Support your neighborhood business! Incredible atmosphere, beautiful place. Great location. Great beer prices on Sunday. But the negatives outweigh the positives for me. The food is subpar even for bar food. And the owners seem annoyed with anyone who isn't a Broncos fan. The two owners seem to be in a perpetual bad mood. If it wasn't for the fact that they were close I wouldn't even come. And God forbid you ask them to put your game up on ONE of their 30 tv's. Youd think youd just asked them for the life of their first born child. If you just want to show up someplace to mind your own business and watch a game, you will probably enjoy it. If you want a place where you feel at home and welcome, go elsewhere. Edit 8-9-18 They like to build themselves as a true sports bar but they are anything but. I've gone there in years past because the prices were good. But I always hated the fact that I had to beg for 1 out of their 20 small TV's to play a Cleveland game. I even put up with the pretentious owners who scowled at me for asking. Today I went there with my young son who was excited to watch the game with me. We walked in and asked if we can sit somewhere and see Cleveland vs. Pittsburgh game. The hostess said "It isn't playing." I asked if they could put it on one of the TV somewhere. She shook her head no. I said, "You can't play it here or won't play it here." She replied, "We wont. You will have to try somewhere else." We turned and walked out. How can you bill yourself as a sports bar if you cherry pick the games actually play? Save yourself sometime and go to another bar.
