Best Training Ever!!! I’ve tried numerous fitness studios both individual and franchises over the years and BFT is hands down the best! It’s not just a workout, it’s an actual training program. It’s the only place where you actually get to track your progress on major lifts. They have so many different class templates that include strength, hypertrophy, cardio and mixes of everything so you’re always challenged and never bored. Both the cardio and strength classes are heart rate monitored with zone targets for each exercise.

The coaches are all amazing. All of them are super friendly and knowledgeable. With serval coaches in each class you’re really getting personal training but in a motivating group environment which is so fun and at a great value. You’re partnered up with one or two other members so you’re always motivating each other. After coming here for a month the members are already friends.

I’ve never actually known who the owner was at any of the number of fitness studios I’ve been to. Max, the owner here at BFT Irvine is always there with a big smile motivating us. He knows the members by name. BFT truly feels like a family.

I started at BFT Irvine when they opened up in August and it's been an amazing so far. I truly am enjoying being part of the BFT community. Professional trainers (Drisana, Gabriel, Ray, and, Stacey), yet friendly and very motivating. GM, Austin, is amazing, always pushing us to do better and go bigger, and he is very encouraging. The workouts are designed for all ages and the team makes it a lot of fun and make you want to keep pushing yourself. The variety of equipment and rotating exercises always keep the workout interesting. It's convenient to book a session using the BFT app (or modify if needed). Best of all, the heart rate monitors they provide, helps us track our progress throughout each workout and motivates us to hit our goal set for each workout...

This gym is one of the best in OC. There are 3 amazing parts that on an individual level are at 5+ stars:
