I love shopping at this store tremendously. However, my shopping experience today was extra ,extra ordinary. I met Bree today for the first time and here vibes were on point along with her co-worker that was equal as nice. Her disposition is always pleasant whenever I shop and she is on staff.
Let first state, I was interested in a beautiful table and six chairs and just happened to have looked my off of the set when another customer inquired about it and purchased as I was having a discussion with Bree and her coworker regarding the transporting the table set to my residence and about a patio umbrella that I inquired about.
Bree quickly said " Let me check, I think there are some exact chairs in the store room but would need to locate the table". Bree took my name and number and said she will contact me as soon as she locate the table. I continue to shop and to my surprised I ran into Bree again ,who greeted me wirh the biggest 😃 and stated "We have the entire set. I said, I will like to purchase it as soon as my daughter come to see it. My daughter fell in love with the table and chairs and we purchased asap.
When it came time to loading the merchandise this is when Bree and two other nice coworkers went above and beyond they customer service duties and make sure that all of the table and chairs, umbrella, and other shopping merchandise that I had purchased fit nicely and secure in both my daughter and my car. It was sure a team effort on all of the three coworkers that made my purchase of the table, chairs and umbrella such a pleasant experience at this location. I just freaking love Homesense.
Bree and her coworkers deserve to receive some kind of additional compensation for the great job and positive vibes the entire time that I spent shopping in the store today. Bravo Bree. Great job! Please do not change your...
Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at Homesense due to poor customer service. As an architect, I’ve spent the past few days searching for the perfect rug for a project and was relieved to finally find one in your store—a piece priced at approximately $1,300. Unfortunately, the service I received fell far below expectations.
The manager, “Yas,” was not only unhelpful but also outright dismissive when I requested assistance. Despite it being close to closing time (around 9:20 p.m.), I believe customers should be treated with courtesy and respect. Yas refused to help facilitate the purchase or offer any solutions, such as holding the item for the next day, which would have been a simple and considerate gesture.
To contrast, Kevin, a younger employee, went out of his way to assist me and demonstrated a level of professionalism far beyond that of the store’s management.
It’s disappointing to encounter such unprofessionalism, especially when making significant purchases. I sincerely hope the store prioritizes training staff and management to improve the customer experience...
Read moreThis is my favorite Homesense to visit when it comes to art and furniture. They seem to have more choice in these two departments, especially. The store tends to be crammed with items giving it a more cluttered vibe but that also means more choice, so that's not necessarily a negative. There is always parking and I love that there is a recycling "trash" can right outside, so I can recycle my Starbucks drinks cups here. The shopping center it is located in includes a Marshalls/Homegoods, Petsmart, Michael's, Nordstrom Rack, Target, Ulta, Starbucks, Panera, Chipotle, Panda Express, and a variety of other stores. A great way to spend the afternoon or day, depending on how much shopping you need...
