T-Mobile — Local services in Weymouth

Went here last month to get a new phone. While purchasing this phone I was switched to 3 different people because apparently customers that came in after were more important than myself. After I got the phone I received a call about 2 weeks later from the store from the man who was originally suppose to be helping me, he told me that I didn't pat for the tax on my phone before I left and that I NEEDED to come I. And pay it. Pretty much harassing me through the phone saying my server would be shut off if I didn't. The day I left with the phone the 3rd person I got switched to who was also helping 3 other people told me I was all set. I called customer service and was told that the employee lied to me and that when situations like that happen that there's a particular protocol the employees are suppose to use, and it's not reaching out to the person directly and harassing them. I will never be back in this store I already talked to customer service about the situation and was told that she would call me back when she got back from her vacation.... she lied apparently because it's been over 2 weeks now and I haven't received a call. I will never be back to this location. I was treated like a second class citizen while I was there and was harassed 2 weeks after I purchased the phone to come back to the store and pay it. Also never received an apology call from the store manager or even the customer service lady for your company's unhinged employees actions. Worst place to get a phone.

BTW tried sending an email to the email that was posted below this. Never got a response. Was never helped. Emailed over a month...

Long story short, we were sold a bill of goods when we signed up for service with Sprint in Florida. The buy one get one free promotion with Galaxy for life upgrade turned out to be lease one phone then lease the other for free until 2 years later. Then the offer expires and you get the privilege of renting both phones. Pretty sweet, right? Since we no longer live in Florida, we went into this Sprint store. The manager said he would help us out of our jam. All we had to do was pay his store $80, then he would pay the other $80 but only if we upgraded and bought new phones in his store. The galaxy for life should cover the upgrade, right? Nope. But at least we would own our phones outright. Of course, that would be useless since we HAD to upgrade. The manager said that since it wasn't his store in Florida he couldn't do much else. I guess the big Sprint sign on the front of the building should just be replaced with the manager's name. Sprint should be ashamed of themselves. This store manager should be ashamed of himself for representing Sprint but refusing to take any ownership of the problem while trying to pry an additional $80 out of us. He tried to compare it to the car business so I responded with, "just remember, if you ever come to my dealership with a car problem, I'll help you fix it as long as you buy a new car." Shop any other service with any other carrier in any other store before you come here because this shop does treat people the way you would expect to be treated by sleazy used...

watch out if you don't want to get an iPad don't go here I wanted a iPhone with an Apple watch and a wannabe be thug punk got in my face into me and demanded that get a iPad! I said no I said no till I was blue in the face and then he flipped out and had a reconnection and I had to call Sprint to tell them I paid off my cancellation fee that apparently Metro did not pay I paid over $300 a month and that if they keep it up I'm going to have to report them and I finally lucked out because they outsource everything I got a gay guy somewhere in South America stop them from killing me and took it off of my credit report after I've already paid it to come off I would not use Sprint I would not use any of their stores I would not recommend them to my enemy I would suggest that you stay far away from any Sprint store they use scare tactics and threats to try to intimidate people into getting things that they don't want especially little women like me! and when you're assertive and say I'm sorry I don't want an iPad and I guess I don't want to get anything from here because of how you're acting in treating me I swear to God I think the kid wanted to punch me and kept on his glaring it at me and standing over me and getting in my face so I wish the police would start to observe this store and watch it very carefully and watch out for the punks that...
