QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Weymouth

Giving 4 stars because they usually do well here, I come here all the time since I work next door. Lots of new people always training, so things can be chaotic. But today really annoyed me. I ordered a kids nacho. When it came time for the protein, I asked what the flavored steak was. The girl told me mango habanero, and I said okay, ill get the beef. She talked me into sampling it, so I chose it. Time for the register, the woman charges me for a mini bowl and a soda. I told her I asked for a kids nacho(which should have also included a side and a drink) and she told me the mango habanero isn't included and made me pay almost $5 more for something her employee literally pushed me to try 😆 it feel like after I explained to her, she should have just charged me what I actually ordered. $5 more for a different flavored steak...

It’s too bad the food is okay here - the manager talks down on the employees while they are working and causes problems - the (white lady dark hair) manager also doesn’t know how to manage a line I was waiting for 15 mins to be rung up as the manager decided to take other order instead of ring me up the customers she was taking even told her to ring me up before finishing their order it’s clear that the employees working were working in the back and not on the on counter would not recommend unless you like waiting...
