Mark, Lisa and Sue are absolutely incredible. My husband purchased my engagement ring from Snyder's. He choose Snyder's because of their personal touch. They didn't push him to make a purchase, they simply guided him and left the decision up to him. We also purchased our wedding bands from the Snyder Team and had an incredible experience doing so. My husband was pretty set on what he wanted but I was super indecisive. They were beyond patient with me as I visited them a handful of times before making my final decision and then changing my mind back to my original choice. They were so kind and helpful throughout the entire process and never made me feel bad about my indecisiveness. We absolutely love our rings and the experience making the purchase was truly wonderful.

Jewelry carries such sentimental value to me, so finding a jeweler I could trust was paramount. A friend who trusted her late mother's jewelry to Snyder's recommended them to me. A few years ago they did some adjustments to my engagement and wedding rings, and we purchased a replacement band for my husband. This year as my son was about to graduate high school, a medal given to him by his late grandmother needed a new chain. Leaving everything to the last minute, I was still able to make an appointment for Snyder's within 24 hours. I walked in with the intention of buying a new chain but they were good enough to make repairs to the medal and chain while I was there, even though it had been purchased elsewhere. They didn't try to sell me a chain, they didn't frown upon the store it was originally purchased from, and above all, when I began to get emotional over some things going on, their kindness brought me great comfort when I needed it desperately. I cannot recommend Snyders Jewelers enough! I found them online while looking for a local jeweler to make a custom wedding band. I had diamonds from my mother's and grandmother's wedding bands. The store is appointment only, which I like because you get one on one attention and meetings which feels very personal. Mark was so helpful and patient with me while I tried on a bunch of different setting options. I ultimately decided I wanted to alternate the larger and smaller diamonds. This was a setting they didn't have in store, but Mark vowed to find it in the next week or he would create the setting for me. I left expecting to get an update a week later, but by the time I got home I had an email from him with photos of the setting he found!
