The vibes here are great but while this is supposed to be a bodybuilding gym and all he bodybuilders are supposed to be a “brotherhood” the owners of this gym clearly did not get the memo. Obviously I should have paid more attention when signing up for the contract but i was told there was just a cancellation fee. The “cancellation fee” is the remaining amount on the contract and in reality you still have access to use the gym until the contract terminates. So in all reality this gym gets people into contracts with no way out and then requires a 45 day notice for non renewal otherwise they will auto renew your contract. On top of that their “military exceptions” are ambiguous and they only make exceptions if you have orders or a DD214 which not everyone gets depending on their circumstances.

I signed up for the contract with every intention of staying in Denver indefinitely but life had other plans for me and I had to move out of state 4 months into my contract. As if moving weren’t expensive enough these scammers bent me over the squat rack I’ll never get to use again for another $360. I should have read the fine print but I didn’t realize a family owned gym would have such an outdated business model of deliberately screwing over their customers. Do yourself a favor and don’t get a contract with these people they get paid while you get screwed. I tried talking to everyone I could about this and got zero help.

This is a predatory business model and I’d love to get the opportunity to tell the owners to their face where they can stick that $360.

I’ve already filed complaints. If the BBB or Colorado Attorney General receive more complaints then they can pressure this garbage company to stop ripping people off.

Post reply edit, you strive to squeeze people for every penny you can your employee DID NOT inform me of the fact that cancellation is not permitted. Stop lying to people your lack of integrity is pathetic.

Final edit: beautiful, the Better Business Bureau rescinded their accreditation and downgraded their rating because they agreed with my complaint and I wasn’t the only complaint. These people are legitimately dishonest and predatory business. But they still get to...

What an awesome gym! We try to visit a pro gym everywhere we travel. It is certainly built for body builders! The microwaves at the front are a plus for competitors. The people are huge and the gym seems to have a lot of locals AND tourists. It was very busy when we went around 1000. It’s very tight though and you will be in at least one persons way. They have a separate room in the back that has leg equipment and abs which was really impressive.

HOWEVER, it was a toss up to give this place 3 or 4 stars because of it being so busy, the cramped equipment and the kiddo at the front didn’t seem to understand anything going on in terms of the apparel. They have a room for apparel and we purchased two shirts ($64). Nothing is labeled for prices. I asked the kid what the prices were he asked “for what?” I responded with “how about all of it?” He didn’t know. He told me to go look at a sheet with pricing, which was absent and no where to be found. They are wanting to start selling apparel but are definitely on the wrong track there and it put a bitter taste in my mouth for the gym. I told the kid I hope they get their stuff together because it’s a mess. Hoping it gets back to management because they would do really well if they fixed...

Been training here since June, best gym I have ever been to. Lots of awesome people, very supportive and give helpful advice on anything. Everybody puts their weights away, trains with perfect form and wipe down their equipment when they have finished using it. The machines, free weights and cardio are the best you will ever use. Everything is super functional and effective. Every machine you have dreamed of using is here and nothing is overcrowded or overused. Nothing is ever out of service and if it is, it gets fixed instantly. And even though they have the best equipment I have ever seen, they continue to get even newer upgraded equipment.This gym allows you to take it to the next level and makes you want to represent it and support it by wearing all their cool hats and clothing in the shop possible. It's an elite level of gym filled with some of the best bodybuilders and athletes in Colorado and around the world, however everyone is cool and supportive and they welcome everyone in all age and sizes!
