Color me impressed! I consider myself somewhat of a pizza connoisseur, and this is hands down the best sour dough pizza place I’ve tried in Colorado. The crust was perfectly crispy where it needed to be, but still soft and chewy elsewhere. The cheeses they used were worlds better than other places I’ve tried, and the sauce was delightful. Joshua was extremely friendly and made me feel welcome, and I was glad that the customer service was just as awesome as the food! The pizza itself was decent, but exceptionally salty. I am not sure if they made a mistake measuring the salt that day, but oh boy, was it salty. The pizzas are an odd size.
