TBirds — Restaurant in Wheat Ridge

Went a few weeks ago my brother and I stopped for beer and burgers and service was amazing. Today decided what a perfect day to go sit out on the patio have a few beers and a burger with my brother. Service was a joke day shift bartender did not want to be bothered had to grab a menu from the bar after 20 minutes of being ignored. Got our beer and ordered food a hour later no food no waitress she was too busy flirting with some guy to be bothered. Once we finished our beers I approached the new waitress and asked to pay for our beer since it was clear our food was never ordered. The woman was very nice as she was on our last visit and offered to get our food ordered but at that point both my brother and I had decide to go elsewhere for dinner. Called in an order of Tacos ahead of time, Was told over the phone they be done in 15 min. Get there wait in the car until the correct time, go inside and still have to wait another 20 minutes. I take our tacos home and realize that the beef tacos are burnt, I don’t know how anyone who is a paid cook can burn ground beef!? Plus chicken tacos are chewy (over cooked). All I could say is I do not understand how someone can ruin simple tacos and take so long to make them. They need to get someone in the kitchen who knows what they are doing!I thought about going to this place again to try other items on the menu but after having these not so great tacos I will not go back to try other food items. Single woman going in for the first time to my neighborhood bar. First bartender, male, super nice and great service. He left, after closing tab of two beers with a tip I ordered a shot of a top shelf tequila. I asked for a lime,no lime, no problem. She offered a slice of lemon.
