Matt and his staff at Grand Frame are outstanding! A few months ago, I came across my PhD diploma which had never been framed and stored in a document canister for a number of years. I realized it was time to finally get it framed. It had a wax seal on it that unfortunately had cracked and warped over the years, and the diploma itself was curled. I called several framing places to find out if they could fix the seal for me, and frame the diploma. Almost all of them said it was something they wouldn't be able to do. Matt at Grand Frame was the only one who said yes. When I met him in person, he was so nice and professional. We decided it would be best to obtain a new seal from the University (although he was very willing to try and repair the existing one). In the end, he was able to remove the old one, attach the new one, and flatten out the diploma in order to frame it. It looks absolutely beautiful! He also framed 2 other diplomas for my husband and I. All three look excellent! We couldn't be happier with the results, and very much appreciate all the time, effort, and professionalism that Matt put into these sentimental pieces of paper for us. We had an old lighted piece of art that was ready to get thrown away because we thought it was beyond repair. My father was sad to have to get rid of it because it belonged to his mother. We brought it in from the trash and decided that we could try to find someone to repair it to it’s original glory. We were driving one day and saw Grand Frame and took a picture so I could call the next day... I called and got excellent service from a man (owner?). He answered my questions questions and was so nice. About a month later, we bought the piece in and had it repaired. It looks like it’s new again! I recently took my very old and very much loved painting to them for reframing. Christina was the person who recommended a beautiful frame that complimented the painting in a way I had never seen before, and I was thrilled to a point I could not stop looking at it.
