Horrible experience at customer service today. Waited in line next to another woman who was waiting for online pick up, I was waiting for amazon return. Nancy at customer neither looked our way or acknowledged us in any way to let us know if anyone was coming to help us. After waiting for awhile I politely asked if she would call for someone to help us. She looked at me and rudely said I already called for someone. We continued to wait and after her helping a few more customers she came over to help us. She grabbed my amazon return and just looked at me. I showed her my label for scan, she gave me the slip for the return and that was it. Since she wasn’t going to thank me, I asked for her name (her badge was not showing) and thanked her for her help. Due to this experience I will not be returning to this kohl’s for anything. I was told by a women behind me in line that she comes there all the time for amazon returns and always has to wait for a long time. I have been to other kohl’s where online pick ups and amazon returns are made a priority and it’s always quick. Not only that, the disgusted look on her face made for a horrible customer service associate and experience. I normally do not do reviews, but thought after this experience Kohl’s should know about...
Read moreMauro from security came in barging into Sephora to yell at the ladies that were given me a sample. Yelled out loud who it was for and told not asked, the ladies to empty half of it out. 1st Mauro you should not be barging in like that, I am a paying customer. 2nd Relax it's a sample.....again tiny tiny sample, if they overfilled it by a tiny bit....its a sample. Surely not coming out of your pockets at the end of the day, am I wrong?? 3rd That is how you get a sale, we try, we come back and we buy. Our purchases help keep YOU employed. Awful awful way you presented yourself and then to respond to me like you were the Owner was even more embarrassing. You shoukd really reconsider how you approach people and your fellow co workers....you are an embarrassment for the Sephora name. Management: this is why I prefer the Glenview kohl's/Sephora, they are kind and giving and helpful and the employees treat each other with respect. Perhaps this is why it's always empty. Maybe consider some customer service...
Read moreWhat a huge disappointment! I wasted over 1-1/2 hours looking through stacks of jeans that were not organized by size and strewn all over the shelves and floor, and piled 2 to 3 feet high in fitting rooms. Selection is terrible and common sizes are almost always missing, as they were when I was there. There's no help on the sales floor, and the very few people at the registers are there to handle transactions and make the annoying pitch to open a Kohl's credit card. Amazon may be a formidable competitor, but the uncontrolled forces working against Kohl's is that customers are wise to (and tired of) fake sales that price merchandise higher than competitors. Customers are also fed up with no service, stores that look like trash heaps, and a collectively hostile attitude toward customers. QUICK! Take a lesson from Best Buy. Your stock prices is in the mid-$40s, down from $80 plus. If you don't change, you'll be laying off even more employees as your stock rapidly plummets to...
