Town & Country Center — Local services in Wheeling Township

I went looking in for unlocked cell phones, and the whole row of Motorola unlock cell phones had no prices on them. Two associates we're helping me, they said they could look up any of the specs that I needed.

I asked which phones had NFC (Near field Communication) they said all Motorola phones had it. I pointed out two phones that I said I know didn't have it so one of them actually looked it up, and only two of the phones that they had which were way out of my price range had the feature I was looking for.

I also looked for a home laptop computer, but with everybody staying home and home school activities all the computers that I would have been interested in were not in the store. Everything seems to have been loaded up with extra accessories and things, although many no longer have ethernet ports. all the computers I would have considered were at price points that are much higher than normal. They did suggest that I look back when they have their Black Friday sales.

Extremely depressing. This was a great little mall 10-15 years ago. Now just a handful of businesses are open. Walgreens, Best Buy, Sally Beauty, a fitness center. This had, at one time, 30 or more businesses inside. It appears to be undergoing renovations but no indication what will be taking the spaces. Outlying business, Chilli's still there, but with pandemic no indoor service. Sad to see so many other business have been closed this year in...

I was visiting Cherokee as a photographer to create classical portraits of members and families, for reproduction in the Directories and for purchase by members & families.
