I had an emergency xray done the day of my haircut for my leg. My mother was put in the time by me to make sure they didn't lose business. (I didn't want to stand up my stylist. ) I called them to let them know of the change. The desk girl asked if I could move my xray time. (It was the day before Thanksgiving and I had fallen in a cast/boot 2 days prior. I didn't want to over react so I put in a call to the Dr. (My surgeon requested I come in.) The desk girl said it sounded like I have been in it a while so it shouldn't be a big deal to move the xray. Seriously she wanted me to skip an emergency xray on my leg for this. Now they are trying to charge me for half the foil not preformed. If I had been there and changed my mind on the foil would they have still charged me for it.? I actually filled it with a haircut trying to be respectful while having my own emergency. 9 screws and a plate later mind you. Talk about DISREPECT! I advise people to think twice about this place. I had been a customer for over 12 years until now. Never missed an appointment or called if I might be 5 minutes late. I will miss my stylist, but not that company. I also know of about 5 other people who are not returning because of this behavior. What happened to human decency and such. Move an emergency...
Read moreHad extensions for lashes done for quite sometime. More recently not staying more than 3 days asked if I should take a break, no, not as long as you have lashes they should stay on. Tried several different glues nothing worked. Brought it to the attention of the manager and asked if I could just get a free fill to get me tied over a few more days until I could find a new salon for lashes. She became very rude and told me it was my fault my lashes didn’t stay in. She said she didn’t have time to discuss and very rudely said, “ do you want the refund or not.. “ well, I guess it don’t matter that I not only got my lashes done for a vey long time there but I also get my haircuts done and had spent more money on product and had facials and hydra facial done. Apparently, the owner is okay for management to treat customers that rudely, and they don’t care that much for you , once you have a complaint. Will miss my hair stylist. This is a story I will be telling people for a while. I already got a couple of my friends switching salons due to how I was treated. Lucky , I have such supportive friends. Hopefully customers will never have complaints as they don’t seem to care...
Read moreSadly disappointed. Tried to purchase gift card online for friend. The voucher did not appear. Called to ask for help. Was told wait an hour to receive email. 3hrs later no email and still no voucher but my money was withdrawn. Really!! Called again and was given grief and told this happens and you just wait for email due to them not able to access the online purchases. Huh??? Asked for refund. She was unsure how to do and said she would have manager call. Never got call. Never got voucher. Called next day and staff stayed only manager can do and she is not in. So wait again for phone call. Terrible customer service and very rude and not knowledgeable on what to do in this situation. Will NEVER return my business here. Think twice before spending money...
