Baycroft's Property Management Inc — Local services in Whitehall

I read some of these other reviews, and thought... Eeeek!

After giving it some thought I realized the majority of those reviews probably came from people who had been turned down or evicted, so I gave them a shot anyways.

Wendy is AWESOME! She's direct, honest and gets right to the point. We talked about what my needs were and what they had available. I did have to wait a short period of time until something came available.

The Rental process was smooth and simple. I pay my rent on time. No issues there.

Needed repairs on the property have been made promptly. (We've only had 2 minor issues)

I really don't know where the "slum Lord" accusation came from, unless that person was unfortunate enough to live in a property where the homeowner was not prompt in funding needed repairs. A slumlord is somebody who owns a property and refuses to maintain it. This is a property management company. It makes me wonder if that accusation is just fabricated to bash the company.

I love Baycroft's Properties and we will continue to rent from them until...

I called three times during business hours finally an hour after the third time she got back with me just to tell me she's going to discriminate against me if I have a felony, I told her I do have a felony and she said it's probably not going to work out to judge someone just because they have a felony without even knowing what it is or even if they do know what it is just because someone made a mistake in their life doesn't make him a bad person I hope this lady never gets a rental for...

I moved to Montana from Idaho in December. Wendy at Baycroft PM, was the only management company to answer the phone, and set up a showing with the application paperwork. Baycroft, also was the most reasonable when it came to pricing. I had a water heater issue, the same day her crew showed up and installed a new water heater, and by the time I got home it was perfect. Thank you Wendy.
