Hands down the best furniture buying experience ever - start to finish! Not sure how the clearance center has ever gotten a bad review. It took us months to decide on exactly what we wanted. Mark was extremely helpful, pulled down a couple of loveseats off the wall so we could sit in them. Gave him the selections of furniture we liked and gave him our budget. I wanted swivel chairs for the island to match the dining room set and he quickly got the catalog for me and showed me my options. He even ordered a Lazyboy couch for us from the regular store next door so we could only deal with one salesperson and one delivery. Custom pillows we selected for our couch came with the furniture and on time. We love all of our bedroom, dining room, and living room furniture. The delivery guys are a 5 star team as well. I requested specific pillows with my purchase at an additional charge. They were not added to my bill. I phoned several times and only got a busy signal. So drove back to the location and asked to purchase the pillows. They charged me then stated they needed to be ordered snd i would have to drive back again....While I counted several sets there.
