BoxLunch — Local services in Whitehall

I was just Racially Profile (l'm Black) by one of the associates (She White). This store is one of my son's favorite stores at this mall ,and he asked to stop in to get an anime shirt to go with the new sneakers i just got him. This rude associate greeted me with What's Up!!! ? She was having a conversation with what I assumed was another customer. As we entered into the store, i noticed my son said , "Excuse me, she didn't move out the way. I entered the store I said, "Excuse me, and she didn't move. I proceeded into the store, and she then said What's up at the very top of her voice Once I then said yes. What's up ? She said, "Well, it seems like you on a mission with her eyes wide open!!!! I replied with, "Is that how you greet someone that walks into your store!! What's up? What's up? You not getting out my way when I said excuse me!!!! The Audacity!! I will never spend any dime...

I went onto the BoxLunch website because I'm currently hyperfixated on X-Men, and I love the store so I knew they'd have at least one cool thing, and they did. I called this store to see if they had the item I was looking for, but they didn't answer. I called multiple times, around four times, and they didn't answer. I got my Mom to drive to the store, a 45 minute drive because this is the closest mall/BoxLunch to us, as I was under the impression they were just busy and had the item. We got there and the store was barren, the lady behind the desk was on her phone the whole time. They didn't have the item I was looking for. Waste of a 45...

Really nice staff and clean store. The store was well organized and great selection of products. The only issue I had was they didn't have any back stock so what shirts were on the hangers were what they had. Only having small or extra small shirts on three different stands was a bit upsetting but I'm sure their products will come in and it will be resolved.
