Buckle — Local services in Whitehall

Stopped in to Buckle last night just to grab a pair of HeyDude shoes and happened to see a pair of jeans alongside a very welcome greeting by Kayla who jumped at my interest of the jeans and was quick to show me other options. Kayla had such a great sales associate persona that I even joked with her while i handed her my 8 pairs of jeans to look for more items about how good in sales she was! It was time for me to fully renew my jean inventory at home - she just got me to decide today was the day. I will be going back this week to visit as she was able to special order me a size of jeans that were not in store and I'm certain I will be purchasing even more items as this store had an awesome selection with an even better crew of sales associates. Kayla was extremely professional, personable and super helpful and as jean shopping is very frustrating for me, she made this process fun and enjoyable. Thank you so much, Kayla. Would give 10...

My boyfriend and I spent hours searching the mall for outfits for our photoshoot and were feeling pretty defeated—until we walked into Buckle and met Brenda. She was absolutely amazing! She took the time to really listen to what we wanted, pulled tons of options that matched our style and the vibe of our photoshoot, and even helped us coordinate our outfits perfectly.

She was patient, friendly, and had such a great eye for fashion. We left the store feeling confident and excited instead of stressed out. My experience at buckle at Lehigh valley mall was beyond amazing when I walked in a sales associate by the name of sierra greeted me at the door and helped me find a pair of sweatpants I needed in the exact style I needed and was even very friendly to my dog so I know a good retail employee somebody needs to promote sierra who helped me i have worked in retail for over 5 years so I know a good retail sales associate when I see one I would definitely recommend to give buckle in Lehigh valley mall a try and I will definitely be back to buy more stuff from this place great customer service great quality and...
