Came to express my disappointment regarding both the product quality and the level of customer service experienced during my recent visit to this clothing store. In need of a new pair of pants I went in and selected a few pairs in my size, completed the purchase and left. However, upon attempting to wear them the following morning the zipper wouldn't work. In an effort to resolve the issue, I returned to the store after work the same day to exchange the defective item. Unfortunately I did not have the tag or the original receipt because my husband cleaned and threw out the trash while I was at work, upon explaining the situation to the employee and despite presenting a coupon that was given to me at the time of the purchase that included the purchase date and my receipt number on it I was met with the unwavering policy that even if I had the original receipt she could not do anything unless the tag that was on the pants was attached. I offered to show her my bank statement with the business name and total amount but I was turned away and this rigid stance was upheld even in the face of a malfunctioning/ non useable product.

Ive worked customer service I totally get needing to verify a purchase before making an exchange but I had more than enough proof to prove that I bought the pants. I am disappointed by the lack of consideration shown towards resolving a genuine problem that wasn't my fault but the fault of the quality of their product. I wish I could put ZERO stars. I came to this store to get things for my girlfriend, the managers kept staring at me the whole time and following me around the store. I felt very uncomfortable and not welcomed. They are all very rude and don’t treat their employees with respect. I asked one of the managers(Tiffany) for help and she ignored me many times. I asked the employee lysette for help and she was amazing! The employees are very nice and helpful but the managers are not. They need new management that like their jobs or at least are nice to the customers. When customers go in they should feel welcomed. I went in there a couple of days ago. The clothes are hideous but what’s more hideous is the employee’s attitude that day. Her name is Karla.
