I have had the worst experience with this lady Michelle, first she is Rude aggressive her customer service depends on if your are purchasing expensive overpriced birds , I placed a deposit of 300.00 dollars for a sun conure priced at 1300.00 and unfortunately 2weeks after my Mother was placed in hospital then hospice, I explained I need to wait on my purchase she okay that. When I return to talk to her that I ask if she honor to use deposit for a smaller bird or green cheek she refused or anything purchase in the store she refused. . She is a miserable human as it reflects on her heart and greed. Plus I would be careful purchasing a bird look at the conditions of shop everything is so dusty and dirty and unhealthy the amount of dust on products and her counter shows it all. I was blessed to meet a great breeder that I have purchased 2 other birds ,my sun was only 550.00 and was 4month baby. 🦜💛 and it’s a red factor healthy and beautiful. She refuses to return my deposit or of course or let me use for any other purchase. I have waited patiently on a response text after she hung up the phone on our last conversation 2weeks ago. The city of Whittier needs to know what type business this lady conduits don’t be fooled by other friends she has them post great reviews. Going and check for yourself. I would not recommend this place at all to bird lovers or for caring for your Bird. Look at the condition of her place! City of Cypress has an amazing store amazing customer service free clipping for your bird rather take the drive. Stay safe and awake of this type...
Read moreI wouldn’t board my bird here, or bring for any services. It bothered me to see the way the working lady was holding a customer’s cockatiel while clipping their nails. She chatted with customers while doing her job, passionately hand gesturing with scissors in one hand and a cockatiel in another. In addition, another customer (a child) was allowed to hold a store owned conure in his hands, even though that bird clearly didn’t like it. Eventually that conure tried to escape from him, and since his wings were clipped, he just jumped out from his hands onto the floor and run. When the working lady saw that, she got up (still holding a cockatiel in her hand) scooped that conure up and stuffed him in HER POCKET. Then she sat back down and continued to clip the other bird’s nails. Honestly I was afraid that she was going to squash that conure. When he panicked and jumped out of her pocket, she picked him up and put him back in her pocket. Other customers observed the whole thing and didn’t seem to have any problem with it but I think that it is extremely unsafe and disrespectful to handle birds in this way.
Although I was asked not to record anything at the store, I still got a small part of everything on the video. Here is a screenshot of it, where you can see both the cockatiel and the conure being held in less...
Read moreCame here on Mothers day to purchase my mother a Love bird, Owner had A set of love birds in a corner and another right infront while u walk in. So I decided to get one from the corner, I paid around 75 dollars for a blue love bird. Her policy I believe is she gives u 3 days if anything happens to bird. The bird ended up passing away in 2 days. I called to let her know. She said put the bird in the freezer. And bring it to her 2 days later. When I took the bird she said she told me to put it in the fridge?, she was going to get an autopsy on the bird. She said they couldn't do it anymore. My wife asked her to call to see if they were able to because she was speaking for the bird clinic and sure enough she called and they said that they were still able to no matter the bird being in the freezer. And the bird was wrapped in 2 napking and put in a ziplock bag to keep fresh. She suggested I buy another one half off. But I just wanted my money back or either a new bird for my mother. She has ignored our calls and hasn't given us any updates. Wouldn't recommend going here ever again. sold me...
