I get my crystal replaced and it's been awhile and I have moisture inside the crystal , also he broke me the side knob and made me pay and replace it . I go in and this lady at the front counter doesn't shut up and thinks she is a know it all when it comes to watches , she is very aggressive with no resolution and she keeps talking. Based off from what she said they will not repair my watch and same goes for the dial knob.....That lady doesn't have any business being on the floor to help people, she is horrible and makes you feel like I will never go to this place ever again , I got burned for my money .
