The steaks are always cooked perfectly right when you order them I’ve honestly never had even an average experience they are that good. Their burgers are also insane whether it’s the smash burgers or their butchers burger fresh with original toppings that make them even better and the fries are without a doubt the best fries I’ve ever had nice thin cut crispy fries that are just as good as the burger . You can tell everything here is made fresh and they honestly they care about the food they are putting out . The staff is always fast, nice, and welcoming and do everything with a smile on their face . Whether you’re in the mood for a steak dinner or just want to crush some wings and a burger, Primal Cuts always hits the spot. 8/15/2025 This our first time giving this place a try, it is inside a food hall called Rodeo 72 in Whittier, CA. We were not sure what to expect, maybe something close to our standard family restaurant type steaks, maybe? We find these steaks elegant and delicious, and pricey too, we're not kidding but it was worth it; my husband had the 12 oz rib eye with Cowboy butter along with asparagus, mine was the filet mignon with truffle butter also with asparagus. We should have ordered one asparagus because we could have shared it and two beverages. We were surprised and yet pleased with our meals. They may look small, but they are mighty.
