T&K Kitchen — Restaurant in Wichita Falls

I’ve gone here on two different occasions. On my first trip I had an hour until I had to go to an appointment down the block so I figured getting some pho would be perfect since normally at other restaurants it comes out super quick. I sat down and instantly ordered my pho and ended up walking out after 45 minutes without eating since I had to get to my appointment. I have never had to wait over 20 minutes to get pho let alone 45 and still not have it. There was only 3 other tables there one of which had arrived after me and the other two tables had a total of maybe 6-8 people. On my second visit I once again ordered my pho and got it IMMEDIATELY. They gave me my pho 10 minutes after I ordered it which is a completely normal amount of time. My husband got a bbq pork sandwich and he said it was alright and he enjoyed the eggrolls we got. I only ate the meat out of my pho because whatever they had put in it left it with a weirdly chemical sweetness that I couldn’t place and no amount of salt, lime juice, or sriracha could mask the taste. I hardly give feedback and reports on issues Hopefully this can be good advise for customers and employees improvement so today I went to orthopedic in Wichita Falls an hour drive from my city then I went to here today and I was alone customer there I saw a employee lady and I asked her for menu but she told me to wait and sit down but there were still no response until a new worker camed in for work asked me if I ordered, I said not yet then I said I would like to order than I ordered three easy egg or medium and special pho but I forgot to say I wanted it “for here” not to go order and the new worker girl didn’t ask me for either and so I got my order but it was for to go for the special pho and the eggs were fully hard cooked which was very unsatisfying but I still ate there a little so for this business I know you guys can do better and more caring for customer service please and thank you until next time I still like the employees here but it was just today I didn’t got the best service excuse me as well and I spent 18 dollars on...

If you're looking for a Pho restaurant, THIS is the place to go in Wichita Falls. The Pho is, even though not the absolute best I've ever had, very good, given the area. I do not give 5 stars lightly, but this place definitely deserves it. Mostly everything is top notch, on every occasion I've visited.. The food has been great, the staff are amazingly friendly, the dining room is clean and tidy. The food choices are great. The only caveat I'll include in this review - however, I did not take this into account for the actual rating, because it is out of the control of this establishment - is, unfortunately, the population of "bad actors" wandering outside. It's NOT the safest of areas, and you are very likely to come across a vagrant and/or someone on substances and/or alcohol. Unfortunately, this doesn't make this location, as a whole, very family friendly. But if you manage to come at the right time, it will be as safe as it gets in Wichita Falls.
