Highly recommend ICT Bedding - a locally family owned business! Yes there are major chains (who you would just be a another number) or several appointment only stores that advertise all kinds of prices online just to get you in the store and the prices are not anywhere near what the ad on social media shows and then begin to make you like you are in a pressure filled used car salesman or a timeshare presentation. Trust me yes I may be a random internet stranger to you but I went to an appt only store to get a new bed for my elderly mother who has a specific need of bed for her back pain that would also fit within her fixed income budget. It was an awful experience and a utter waste of time. Then we had the great fortune to go into ICT Bedding and the experience was night and day. Immediately welcomed in a no pressure family enviroment our needs were not only listened to but follow up questions were asked to ensure my elderly mom got exactly what she needed that she could afford. No upsales were even attempted only given the facts about all the beds that fit her needs and budget so that my mother could decide what she wanted. Then not only was the customer service outstanding but the bed was a nicer one then what we were shown at a different appt only store and even more affordable! They offer free delivery and even do set up as well which for us since my mother is elderly and I am disabled was truly a lifesaver! Well, I like to say that you know my son had went in there and he didn’t have enough money and they just happen to have one that they brought in that was used. It was like brand new and so because of that I went back and I ended up buying a bed and a frame adjustable one and I already had one, but this one was a lot better price and it has a massager built into it from top to bottom has the light underneath of it and the mattress you know of like a $399 mattress and oh man it’s like the most comfortable bed. I mean, I literally started to cry because you know I haven’t bought a brand new bed mattress for a very long time always got me the hand me downs from my mother you know, but this time I got my own and Melisa and her husband was like the best you know they weren’t pushy you know they weren’t trying to push me to you know the top models you know she got my credit report once I go OK this is what you can do and she got me. She worked out a deal where I can get both of them and just most awesomeness people in the world and her husband came over and installed it by himself you know, but the most comfortable bed in the world you know and I think a lot of people need to start going to these smaller companies like Ict just due to the fact that you know the bigger companies they want to charge you a ton of money and if you don’t spend it then they won’t help you so come please check out Ict that place is the best Best and Melisa her husband I gave them at a one out of 10 I will give them 11 that’s how nice they were and they made my dream come true so thank you Melisa and your husband to tell him thank you. I bought a mattress here about a year and a half ago. My brother & I were mattress hunting with our parents as we were buying them a new mattress for Christmas. We went to this place first but my dad, being the picky man he is ( the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree I guess, since I’m the same way) decided to spend another week going to about 4 more stores. We ended up going back to this store in the end but the mattress he initially wanted was out of stock. So we spent about an extra hour there while my parents tried every bed multiple times. The woman there was so nice, patient and engaged. Not once did we feel rushed even though it was later in the day. My parents love their new bed which was delivered already fully expanded. (since it is a memory foam mattress it needed to lay out for about 1-2 days to fully expand).
