Update 11/22/24: Rating from 1 to 5! (11 months later) I was skeptical about going back when my husband needed to buy shoes. I will say this was a night-to-day difference in how the employees and staff interacted with their customers. They made our shopping experience enjoyable. They were helpful, not overbearing, and very pleasant. The whole family got new shoes that night and we look forward to going back.

Went in with my mom to get her some work shoes and she found what she was looking for quickly. Then she told me that she’d like to find another pair like ones she had so I took one of her shoes to the 2 employees at front. One employee immediately handed the shoe to the other like she was Master Yoda and she literally walked over to the shoes and found them without a skipped step like the Sketchers Whisperer, it was actually phenomenal and funny all at once. Kudos to her for knowing that store like the back of her hand. Kudos to them for being of service and kind the entire time. Love Skechers and have a hard time looking at other brands because no shoe comes close to the comfort of Skechers. Stopped by the store after visiting a few other shops and got a pair for about $5 less than the other stores. Agree with others about needing more benches to try on the shoes, but a minor complaint when compared to the massive selection of shoes from athletic to work shoes to dress shoes. All at very reasonable prices. I appreciate how I wasn't hounded by the staff and was able to look on my own, but when I had a question the employees were easy to find and happy to assist.
