I will never seen another hair lady again after seeing Kourtney. I am an OCD control freak who doesn’t trust anyone new with my hair & really the only reason i came to Kourtney in the first place was because she was from Nevada & I had just moved here & was seeking someone who I could connect with. After EXTENSIVELY stalking her social media & inspecting her work, i scheduled an appointment. and when i say sitting in her chair was the best decision i’ve ever made for my hair & my soul, i couldn’t mean it more. this woman LOVES what she does. i’m a vet tech and my hours are never what they are supposed to be & i am known to miss an appointment or run late due to my work load- Kourtney has always accommodated me with elegance & a smile on her face. She gave me confidence in my natural hair and then educated me on extensions & let me have my space (3 months worth) to decide if it was something i wanted. one night i came in for a touch up and she happened to have some hair in-stock for extensions, and while i still hadn’t decided, i knew then that if she was willing, i wanted them. & of course, because of her huge heart & love for her clients, we sat down & got my extensions done the very same night. she has readily & happily answered any follow up questions i have had on the maintenance of the extensions & has checked in on multiple occasions. any one who sits in Kourtney’s chair should consider themselves lucky, because you couldn’t find a better hair...

I came into the salon looking for a pretty big change, I met Kourtney, gave her an inspiration picture and wow, she went above and beyond the picture! I was so impressed at the way she knew exactly what shade worked best with my skin tone and how knowledgeable she was at layering, getting just the right length and framing my bangs to fit my face shape. I also appreciated how she took the time to educate me on how to best care for my balayage (my first time having blonde in my hair) and all the best products to use.
