Starbucks — Restaurant in Virginia

I have to say i usually never have a problem with starbucks!! But this i just can't tolerate. This review is the one in Williamsburg in the harris teeter store. The lady never acknowledged me. Slammed every cup down. Walked away and then came back to the register irritability so and then stared at me and never asked me what I wanted to order. No smile nothing. Then proceeded to slap her own head 3 times i guess because the ice machine was low on ice. Slammed the drinks down for the person in front of me. I asked for a large ended up getting a small. She said it's grande that is a large. I ended up leaving because I was literally about to come across the counter on this lady. If you can't provide good customer service then get out of the business!! This should not...

If I could leave zero stars I would. I approached the counter after checking out with my groceries. I was not acknowledged. The Starbucks employee walked past me 2 times (There was nobody else in line). She then walked to the register and looked at me with a blank stare, no hi, no how can I help you, NOTHING. I looked her and said "Hello, is everything okay?" she looked at me and rolled her eyes while shaking her head yes. I said "Okay." There is no much to say about Starbucks! Well known wherever you go to , great products , nicely weird staff , nice ambience, great locations and so on....One star goes down for prices! Compering to other coffee shops, they are more than expensive ...$4.76 for a small flavored latte is outrages!
