Customer Service was terrible. My husband and I left without purchasing anything. We werenât greeted when we walked in, but the couple behind us was. As we walked around the store. We stopped and I made eye contact with a sales person (black female with burgundy hair styled in a bob) and smiled ....she rolled her eyes...looked the other way and loudly said to the gentlemen next to me â Sir, do you need help finding anythingâ...I was appalled.. I donât even live in the area so we come to the Williamsburg outlets only twice a year. It was just a horrible experience. We were told to have a great day by two ladies standing by the door...

Then when I get to the registers I was asked about if there was an email on file. Because I was shopping for a gift for Christmas to my friend whom loves polo I used his email. But asked for him not to be emailed the receipt that I wanted a printed copy. He was still sent the email. So I gave him the purchase and asked him to return it.    Read moreWhile I absolutely appreciate the big and tall sizes for men, the store was an absolute mess today. There weren't enough registers open, so the line was very long. There wasn't anyone supervising the fitting rooms, so I had to go ask for help at the registers twice. There were messy piles of clothing on top of racks EVERYWHERE.
