Words cannot express how grateful I am for the associates at this store. Lillian and Lydia were both absolute joys and really made my day.

After a terrible experience at my local Zales store, I stopped in here on a whim during a day trip to the area to resolve an issue with my graduation ring. Lillian was dedicated to making me feel valued as a customer. Despite all that was on her plate, Lillian worked quickly to resolve my issue and set me up with Lydia, whose super friendly and positive demeanor brightened my mood considerably. It meant a lot, especially considering how frusturating my previous Zale's interactions were when dealing with this jewlery piece that is very sentimental to me.

Beyond this, the store is clean and organized and stocked better than many others-- especially for being an outlet! Their prices are unmatched, especially combined with their warranties. These associates are genuinely helpful, too-- they arent just looking to...

Bad experience. The outlets are great but not this Zales location. I had my receipts for my engagement ring and wedding band but only the inspection sign off sheet for the band which at the Norfolk location when I purchased my wedding band they said they’ll be able to do them together, using one sheet. But this time I guess the lady didn’t want to do her job because she only inspected my band and didn’t even clean it... Then gave it back and went on to try to sell me something... no thank you!! I’ll just get my earrings I was intending to buy from the Norfolk location when I go there out of my way next weekend for someone to do the inspection and cleaning with no...

It's absolutely the worst place to buy jewelry. They Lied directly to my wife and me about the financing of the wedding rings, then when you tried to make payments their system would constantly malfunction, they made us come back because they incorrectly rang up the rings. This store has given me multiple headaches and I highly recommend you go elsewhere. I have had too many issues with this company to list in this review, but my count is up to 6 problems so far. I want to return the rings but that would put an emotional burden on my wife taking her ring away while we look for new ones. Save yourself the trouble, never buy anything...
