I love pandora & have patronized this brand for many years at numerous locations. Williamsburg location used to be one of my favorite locations based on their outlet sales and their last chance inventory. HOWEVER, in the last 2 months Iāve received the worst costumer service from management! On two separate occasions i was Less than satisfied and both times i felt compelled to contact pandora customer service based on the employees unwillingness to assist me. First time, i was Looking to exchange a Valentineās Day gift which was purchased under the buy 2 get 1 free promotion. The manager told me i could Exchange the first two items but the item i received For free could only be taken back without an exchange, ābecause that promo endedā. She told me Iād have to pay for a third item vs. honor the sale it was purchased under. I was Within the 30 days and knew that Information was incorrect. I had To commute to the Norfolk location just to be serviced and assured that information was incorrect. Second occasion, i purchased A ring, which was a ālast chanceā, sale. However one of the stones fell out of the ring within 2 months of my purchase. I returned to the store while they still had the ring in stock and all management refused to honor the year warranty policy. The management continued to go back & forth with me saying thereās no return or exchange on final sale, which Iām completely understanding of, however that had nothing to do with the warranty policy. I contacted Customer service while in the store and they immediately emailed me a shipping label to mail the ring back, and agreed to honor my warranty by replacing the ring. I drive An hour just to reach this location based on the variety of inventory and sales alone. The service and management make this store less than a enjoyable shopping experience as they completely abide by there own rules vs. the companyās policy ! MORE TRAINING IS NEEDED !! A customer should never have to see the product in store with there receipt and the damaged item & not be...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was barely greeted upon entering the store, the sales woman barely looked up from her phone. I was looking for something specific and decided to browse before asking for help. A mom and daughter walked in behind me and were cheerfully greeted and approached by the sales person who previously ignored me. The mother and daughter were white and I'm African American, which I assume played a role in all of this. The mother and daughter didn't even buy anything and when I asked for help I was initially ignored. Then to my dismay 2 people emerge from the back of the store with a baby in their arms. I can tell by how they are dressed one is working and one is off. The three of them continue to play with the infant while I wait for assistance. I then am finally acknowledged, pick my charms with no guidance from the rep and leave. In past experiences with Pandora, the sales rep always asks me what kind of bracelet I have, if my bracelet has a theme and they make recommendations for me. I didn't get any of that service from this store and will surely be taking my business...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBecause of the sales associates nonchalant attitude and just being rude and disrespectful, I have lost one of the most valuable pieces to me. I had my grandmotherās fingerprint placed on a charm that I wore in the circular charm holder around my neck. The charms initially came off during a bowling tournament and after bowling I immediately went to the store to see about getting it replaced. The sales associate screwed up her face, told me there is nothing wrong with the item and then insinuated that it was my fault that it came open. I left there and said to my husband that I would be heartbroken if I lost one of these charms because they mean so much to me. Well, it happened. The one for my grandmother fell off the ring. I have cried for two days because I canāt believe that it is gone. Itās like Iāve lost her all over again. Well, I caution everyone from going to this store. If you arenāt going to buy something, go to another store. What you can lose is not worth patronizing this location. Hopefully the funeral home can remake the item. Thanks for...
