Yea i said it was coming so brace yourselves for this here review.. So letttt meeee tellll yawlll how my wife and I shockingly had the BEST time we've EVER had in this Williamsburg KAY Jewelers Outlet today. When I say it truly felt like we were just talking to family, and friends at home in our living room I mean JUST that! I went in to inquire about sizing down my wedding ring, and for my wife and I to look at anniverary upgrades. Usually most Jewelery places we go to have that strict/serious blah type of atmosphere.. understandably of course, but that atmosphere doesn't make me feel a fun wedding ring shopping vibe which I mean who wouldn't want to have whether engagement, wedding day, or everyday jewelry shopping experience.. especially with my bubbly and sassy self!! Anyyywayyy after some discussion about what i like, accidental tutorial on my bookbag, my randomness, and a couple of other awesome customers giving me ring ideas and giving my wife loving headaches 😆 I was shown a few perfect "old lady rings- They know what they are lol" I loved them btw!! But little did they know they ended up giving me the best most unique upgrade idea ever that i didnt even know was possible or could be done but it can! and they make custom rings right there in your face!! (Call me sheltered 🤣) I truly thank Mikayla, Mika, and Kayla for handling us so well as I'm a funny big mouth compared to my wifes gentle little soul 🤣. Even saved my perfect backup ring to my profile for me! To be quite honest the ENTIRE team was tremendous!! From ALL employees to the customers that were there this was the best shopping experience of my life!! Make your way there folks as they will make your jewelery dreams come true like good family makes a way of doing. I even got a kiss after we left there and I haven't gotten 1 all day! I guess every kiss does begin with KAY! 🤣🥰 Thanks again! My wife and I will def be back soon for my Fruit...

Be careful about giving them to much info and make shore you read what you are signing because the store manager is not very straight forward in how she word things. I went in to have a necklace cleaned and find out how much it would cost to have a eye hock replaced. She talked me into signing up for a membership card that was free and offered discounts. She did not tell me i was signing up for a credit card or a loan application. I should have known to start reading what i was signing when she started to ask for my SS number but i was in a hurry and wasn't thanking clearly. Lest than a week later i go to check my credit report and it showed up as a inquire. I went in to talk to the manager about the situation and all she said she couldn't do anything about it. My point is that why would i won't a credit card from you when i never even asked you about buying anything. All she could say is sorry. Sorry doesn't fix the fact that it shows up on my credit report. I just feel as if this was very dishonest and i will not be buying anything thing from them in the feature. Lesson learned read everything before...

Tiffani and her staff are my favorite go to for all of my jewelry needs. She has helped me pick out many beautiful pieces for my collection. She goes above and beyond to make sure we are covered for every occasion, even creating wishlists so my husband knows what I am currently interested in… taking the guess work out of his holiday shopping! If she doesn’t have it in stock, she orders it in for me. Tiffani is always on the look out for something she knows fits my taste and budget!! I can’t say enough good things about how she runs the store. The most recent set I was looking to complete, she searched high and low for my last piece. When it became available, she called me immediately to let me know when I could come in to order! I even attended an event she held in her store once, where she helped me create a new piece from the jewelry I no longer wore. Letting me fall in love with some old pieces again.
