Do not get your hair cut with nyleth I start to explain to her how I want my hair cut and to thin out my hair and remove any damaged hair she sees in my hair its up to my pant line it’s thick and curly. I had an appointment originally with someone else and they sat me in her chair instead. I leave to pick up my groceries I had ordered online and start to observe my hair it was as thick as I originally had went in. I was not satisfied so I go back and tell her I asked for you to thin my hair out can you fix it or can someone that knows what they are doing do it. She sits me in her chair again and passes the thining scissors and starts unprofessionally tugging at my hair and just randomly trimming and pulling where it just sounds horrible in my ear. During my original haircut she kept on suggesting opposite of what I asked for she said she can not thin too much close to the scalp I proceed to explain to her I’ve had it thinned out many times and I’ve never had anyone tell me this. I also asked for her to give me high layers and she said she she did not recommend it with my hair to be honest I think she was just being lazy she asked if one inch of hair would be fine to take of but I just agreed because she annoyed me at that point just doing the total opposite of what I kept asking for. Let alone the prices...

Laura is the worst stylist I've ever had. I had an appointment for her to color and cut my hair and she made me feel like she couldn't be bothered. She was rude and did not try to work with me on finding a color I would like. She offered one color that she would do and then said I wouldn't like how it looked anyway. Laura made me feel like she couldn't be bothered with me. Laura gave me the impression that she lacked the proper skills necessary to color my hair. I told her to forget about the color and just trim my hair. She said... "Well I'd have to wash your hair first"..... Like she didn't have the time during my scheduled appointment to do so. Yes Laura you would have to wash my hair first. That's typically how it works. I left and took my Busine$$ to The Hair and Brow Bar in Conroe where I was treated with friendly, professional service! If in Willis you should remember that Conroe is 6 minutes down the freeway.....plenty more hair and nail salons there to take care of your needs and be treated with...

I would never recommend this place. We booked an appointment weeks in advance, as we had used them prior when living in the area. Their service was never all that great to begin with. We moved to Katy and made the hour and a half drive. When I booked the appointment I told the lady on the phone we may be a couple minutes late due to traffic. She said that was fine and to call the morning of. I called to let them know we were going to be 10 min late and the lady who answered the phone was the rudest person ever. She informed me that we were only booked for a cut and not cut as well as color, which I had originally informed them that we needed. I told her that it was not my fault and explained how long we drive to get there as well as how far in advance we booked the appointment.
