Time Cleaners — Local services in Willis

Please listen to the other reviews. I've never been talked to the way the owner spoke to me. Backstory: last week my husband brought 3 work shirts to get 6 patches on, and 2 pants to get hemmed. I did my due diligence and called first to get pricing. We were told it was $5 a patch, and $10 for a basic hem. We brought the clothes in. 1 week layer he picks them up, and the woman charges him $79, when it should've been $50. He pays the amount, whatever. He gets home and tries the pants on, they are way too long. We call back, she says she will redo it, and charge half price.

I bring the pants back today, and she begins to tell me that the stitching is not there's, that I did not get this service here. I refreshed her memory of what my husband brought. She simply walks away and begins working on other shirts. I wait, patiently, for a few minutes and ask if she needs my information. She gathers it from me, and I say how I'd like to pay now instead of at pickup. She rings up the 2 pants and it was $16. I remind her that she said it would be half off, $10, and she said she needs to press and starch them. I told her we don't need that, as that was just done to the pants and he hasn't even worn them. She then starts yelling and saying how it too much work for $10 and I can take my business elsewhere because she won't do it.

Spend the extra money and go elsewhere, where you will be spoken to...

I really hate having to leave a review like this but even though they did a great job on my dry cleaning, the pricing is very inconsistent.

The gentleman in the morning gave me a price of 599 and 899 and the lady in the afternoon rang me up 699 and 1099. When I asked to see a price list, she said they did not have one. I asked why there was a price change in my clothing from the AM quote, and raising her voice telling me that my dress was a lot of work.

It was just a crinkle dress, it was clean because it was brand new and never worn. I only wanted it dry cleaned to get the wrinkles out of it. I asked why she was raising her voice at me and she said because she told me my dress was a lot of work and the price was what it was. I told her that it wasn’t fair to be changing the prices from the original quote and she continue to raise her voice even more. If it wasn’t for being yelled at, I would definitely go back because their work is excellent however the way they treat you is absolutely not worth it.

I’m giving this a one star because I can’t rate it any lower. Absolutely terrible...

I have used them for a long time and was satisfied but the last time I had alterations done and when I paid for the Clothes it was 202.50, but when they ran my card I was told that there was a problem with the computer it did not go through. But I looked at my bank statement and it was deducted twice. I called and was told that they saw it on their transaction ticket for the day and it was on there twice. To come back and they would refund the money. They went the lotions but did NOT refund the Debit card so I was NOT refunded anything. She said to bring proof that it was deducted twice. I just did that and she said it was not correct. I had the print out from the bank. She refused to refund the money. If you use them you NEED to pay with Cash. I will not go back there again.

I give them credit for the work they do and they did refund my $202.50. So we are all even now. I wanted to add this because I appreciate them refunding my...
