Can't quite understand why there are so many locations of consistently not good coffee. It's almost as if you've hired only employees who hate the taste of coffee. It's usually either burnt, overly sweetened, or half full of cream when only a splash is asked for. Also, slow is an understatement. Why can't they just tell you the total before you get to the window. Probably to help slow the process even further. Only one time did I complain when it was really bad (undrinkably sweet) and they said it was me, I should have ordered it half sweet. What. Also, overpriced, even in today's economy. Shots are well poured in the mornings when it's busy, but in the afternoon the shots are not even drinkable. And expensive! Update: went again today, had drink in my cart on app, it was $4.80, ordered in the drive thru instead and it was $5.50 🤔 I called her out on the price and she got flustered and said oh, I thought you asked for an extra shot. Oh, ok, OR you're charging everyone an extra .70 cents, that adds up in a day! Or removing that 'extra shot' at the end of the day to increase the tip pool. Nice little coffee shop. The baristas are friendly and outgoing. A decent selection of drinks and foods. Pricing has gone through the roof. I recently visited after moving away only 6 months ago and drink prices appeared to have gone up nearly $0.75, which may not sound like much, but they were already higher than average. Sadly, another local competitor closed down, allowing for less competition and much higher prices. Starbucks looks like a bargain compared to here.
